The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Studio centre-ville, 5 mn de la gare à pied, parking gratuit gare. Très bonne prestation, super équipé, refait entièrement à neuf, au RDC, fond de cour au calme et sécurisé. Couchage 2 personnes, 1 vrai lit queen size matelas à mémoire de forme. Appart non-fumeur. Arrivée entre 15h et 19h. Possible d’arriver en dehors de ces horaires mais avec un supplément. SDB : Douche italienne 120x70 Toilettes séparées. Chambre : Lit 160x200, TV 50’’ Placard de rangement, Fenêtres avec volets électriques.

You will be 2 steps from the entrance to the magnificent Parc de la Tête d'Or, easy access, the accommodation is a 23-min walk from Part-Dieu train station, and 13 min by bus!

900 sq ft quiet and bright air-conditioned luxury loft, with private parking space. Sandrine - a well-known Lyonnaise interior designer - has entirely redesigned and decorated her apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city (the metro is 5 minutes’ walk) and the trendy and authentic neighborhood of “la Croix Rousse” has numerous chic or bohemian restaurants, terraces, cafés, and shops and a daily food market. For 2 persons only, parties strictly forbiden.

The banks of the Saône are developed from Caluire to the center of Lyon. 900 m away is the Radiant Bellevue theater and less than 3 km away is the Michelin-starred Paul Bocuse restaurant. Buses nearby, close to the Parc de la Tête d'Or. Free public parking around the property.

This charming little and warm townhouse located in a cul-de-sac in the heart of the iconic "Rue Nat" of Villefranche sur Saône, offers you immediate access to all the sites and amenities of the hyper-center, such as shops, bakeries, restaurants, supermarket, cafes, historical places, as well as its theater and cinema. In addition, the SNCF train station and the bus station are less than 200 m away, allowing direct and quick access to the accommodation.

You will be charmed by the volume of this apartment, with its stone wall and French ceiling. Furnished in an open space loft style, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Its 3.80 m ceiling height gives it a unique atmosphere. Its architecture is typical of the listed district of Croix-Rousse, a true cradle of the 'Canuts', name of the Lyonnais weaving workers. Located 200 m from the metro, close to the hyper center, you can easily visit the whole city!
