Less then 1 min walk to Canada House! Love the unit, a bit far away from parking to bring our rolling luggages in and gravel road doesn't help either...Recommending parking on the side of the street to unload before driving to the dedicated parking spot.

Philippe is a great host, who is very responsive and very flexible. The apartment is great, right on the seafront and very easy to access with all necessary things provided!

What's the best way to describe feeling like a princess in an Airbnb accommodation?🥰 Built in 1899, Villa La Sapinière is quietly located close to the beach. Anne had already sent us detailed information about the exact location of the apartment before our arrival. There was also a useful manual in the apartment. Upon entering the apartment, a very pleasant scent immediately entered our noses and the hand soap also smelled very good. For our dog, a towel was available under the stairs in the entrance area, which we greatly appreciated, as it had just rained heavily. Orange juice and water were waiting for us in the refrigerator. The apartment is a beautiful, bright studio with perfectly coordinated, very tasteful furnishings. Everything was immaculately clean and the bedroom with the carpet was incredibly cozy. We look forward to our next stay there. Thank you❤, Anne!

Highly recommend this property. Sophie and Clement were excellent hosts - they were friendly and extremely responsive when there were a couple of minor problems and fixed them immediately. The property itself was clean, cute and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. It was completely quiet and private, even with other visitors nearby. It provided a great base for two weeks in Normandy - an easy drive to many interesting attractions. It was also an easy 30 minutes walk or 5 minute drive to Courselles where there are lots of restaurants and shops. And the heated pool was an excellent bonus. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay with Sophie again.

Pleasant quiet stay. Impeccable and spacious accommodation. The hosts are very available and attentive. The pool area is incredible, sheltered from the wind despite average temperatures. A kind of microclimate operates in this place. i recommend it.

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .

Responsive and friendly communication, very clear directions for our arrival and departure :) The accommodation is super well located, we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace with a sea view and the neighborhood is very quiet, with very welcoming traders. Very comfortable bedding! The accommodation was recently rented so it lacks a few small amenities. Trash in the bathroom, little storage and no wardrobe for clothes. Wine glasses, a toaster, a tray... but overall it was great :) Thank you and happy hosting.

The view in this place is everything. The living room looks over Juno beach and it is wonderful. The bed is comfortable.

Excellent stay thanks to this apartment in a very good location, everything is on foot. Having a parking space in the residence is a real plus. The apartment is very clean and matches the photos and description, comfortable bedding. The loggia is perfect for relaxing and dining. Finally, the contact with Pascal is easy and friendly. Lovely apartment, clean and well decorated, couldn't ask for more really. We went for the 81st DDay celebrations, Perfect location of the beach, war museum and attractions. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The host was always helpful , would highly recommend this apartment.

Very well located apartment, 15 min walk to the city center, same for the beach, and especially the fish market every morning. A good bakery right in front of the apartment on the other side of the harbor. I would recommend this apartment without a problem.
