This small, simple but very quiet, clean and convenient fisherman's house is close to everything, in the very center of Houlgate, near the Casino and a 4-minute walk to the sea. At the bottom of a private cul-de-sac, no noise! Attention no private exterior but possibility to stay for coffee right in front without disturbing the neighbors. Two bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the other with a double bed, a shower room and a small kitchen living room. Attention: no parking or WiFi

Beautiful cottage located in the middle of Courseulles-sur-Mer. Access, all on foot: 1 min from the Bassin harbor, 5 min from the city center, the market and many shops/restaurants and 8 min from the beaches. Attached to our house, 50 m2 (well soundproofed), it consists of an independent entrance, living room, open kitchen, 1 sofa bed and 1 shower room. Upstairs: 1 double bed, 2 single beds Covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha. 400 m² garden, to share with us.
