Check-in instructions were clear. The garage is a real plus for this neighborhood close to the center. The street is quiet and the terrace is a small haven to relax and enjoy the calm. All the little touches Joelle left made us feel welcome at her home, even without having met. I thank her warmly and recommend it!

I had to go at the last minute to a spa near Clermont-Ferrand, so I had to find an apartment very quickly. Frédérique, the owner replied the same day and confirmed my reservation. In addition, I had to take the apartment at 4 p.m. but Frédérique was kind enough to let me have it from 10 a.m., when my train arrived. The apartment matches the photos well and is lovely. Thank you so much.

Excellent stay in an amazing apartment! Warm and very spacious decor. An ideal location in Clermont-Ferrand (5 min drive to downtown, 35/40 min walk) with shops nearby to enjoy a good evening in the apartment. I would highly recommend.

A great place to stay, perfect location to explore the city. The apartment is full of character and a very nice place to stay. Not a negative but two things to know before, there is no air conditioning, there are a few stairs to get up to the apartment, when you have a heavy bag it turns into free exercise! The hosts are absolutely mega, really nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Very pleasant stay in this spacious, well-arranged, modern, bright apartment with unobstructed views, perfectly equipped. Small surprise: the TV to connect to your smartphone; once successful, everything is fine! The parking space is a real advantage, in this neighborhood, very close to shops and the center, but with paid parking. For my part, I'd gladly go back.

Very good apartment, nice, well furnished, close to the center and perfect for visiting Clermont-Ferrand. The flat was clean, well-equipped and as described. Communication with the hosts was smooth before and during the stay. I would recommend it to anyone passing through the area. However, there may be a little noise in the evening, especially due to the Cote-Blatin boulevard which is nearby.
