Our whole stay at Madeleine's apartment was exceptional from the very beginning. Our host prepared everything to make our stay easier - first of all, the flexible check-in was a huge help and huge convenience with luggage when traveling with children, all kinds of children's accessories were waiting for us from a baby cot, highchair, bathtub to toys, but… the birthday banner for my daughter melted my motherly heart🫶🏻 The apartment itself is very spacious and atmospheric, it's wonderful that you can feel there as if you really lived in Paris. I regret that we spent so little time there, and most of the time we visited the city. The balcony is lovely! We also used the park right next door - again very great location! As soon as I come to Paris again, I will write to Madeleine immediately!

This is a great spot in a beautiful neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and super helpful, and they were happy to accommodate quite a late check in. The apartment was comfortable and the crib and high seat provided for our son were perfect. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. The bathroom and shower in particular were great. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Fantastic place on a very peaceful street, between two great neighbourhoods. We took our three young kids and they had a great time. Great amount of space, super clean, nice and easy to get into with no drama plus very convenient for sightseeing and getting about. Fully recommend

Despite the setbacks encountered by the host, which had to delay my arrival at the premises, Omar was responsive and quickly refunded the night. He is an available host who responds to requests. The apartment is clean, it has all the amenities for a stay in Paris. It is conveniently located: close to the subway and in a quiet area. I would recommend the place.

We had a great stay. The location was terrific and our two-bedroom apartment was very comfortable for our family of three. All of the staff at the concierge desk were very friendly and helpful. It was also convenient to use the luggage storage on the day that we checked out. We would stay here again.

Beatrice's place was perfect for our stay in Paris. She was a great host, very communicative, quick responses and flexible with the check in time. Her lovely mum came to meet us and showed us around the apartment. We especially appreciated the elevator with our big suitcase! The location is great with well-connected Métro stops within a short walking distance. We found everything we needed within less than 5 mins walk (fantastic restaurants, boulangeries and a supermarket) and Beatrice kindly wrote up her recommendations in a little book which was so helpful. The apartment looks just like the photos and our stay was very comfortable. It feels like a real home and it was lovely to return there each day after our travels. Despite it being so well connected to shops and Paris life it is very quiet and with minimal sound from neighbours and outside. It made our stay in Paris feel so authentic and lovely and we would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Paris. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is very tastefully decorated. Communication with the landlord was excellent, great tips were sent and questions were answered immediately. We were surprised upon arrival with a personal letter and a small gift. We would rent the apartment again.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

The place was great & Gio was a great host. Any hiccups we encountered were met with quick solutions. The condo was filled with love and the neighborhood was perfect for walking around and getting to know Paris. Would definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic time staying at this apartment during my holiday - clean, modern, and beautiful decorated. It was well equipped with everything I needed, and felt very comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and public transport, but still in a quiet and peaceful area. One of the highlights was the balcony, where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The host was extremely helpful and kind. He gave as clear instructions on how to get the apartment and provide safe parking with clear instructions which made everything so much easier and stress free. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Booked this place for my parents They enjoyed their stay This is their first time visiting France. The host gave a lot of house rules, but the instructions were clear, and she was communicative The environment, according to my parents, was really posh and nice!!! The only thing was that the electricity kept tripping whenever the kettle was on, but the host let us know how to turn it back on. (My parents ended up not using the kettle after a while because the light would always trip) Otherwise, I would recommend it—it's worth the price!! The accommodation has a lift, so accessibility was easy, which was a plus for my parents. There isn't a lot of closet space, but that wasn't an issue for them. Thanks for a good stay!

May be one of my all time stays I’ve had at an Airbnb over many many years I’ve used the platform. Such an incredible space. 7th floor with a wrapping balcony, floor to ceiling windows that open up. Incredible views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Also the building has an elevator which isn’t always the case. Two very useful metro stations nearby, one literal steps away, the other a short walk away. Corner stores, markets, bars, cafes, and restaurants all nearby too. Some open very late and some open very early, perfect for a bite or drink on the way out to a busy Paris day or late night on the way back from a great Paris day. Great water pressure, very hot water, incredible decor that is exactly my girlfriend and I’s taste. Comfortable couches. WiFi was perfect. Drawers and space to hang your clothes and feel more or at home during a lengthier trip. Couldn’t recommend this space more. Absolutely perfect and I’ll think of it for a long time. Glad my girlfriend and us chose it ❤️

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Super helpful, kind host, always responded immediately to our questions. Large house and equipped with everything you need. We had a great time . The only difficulty is the absence of a nearby subway, although there are many buses in the area.
