Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Enjoy the setting of this romantic spot on a working sheep and cattle farm in the Dromara Hills, nestled in nature. Between Castlewellan and Dromara, 15min drive to Newcastle, 25min from Belfast. 200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

Despite our seclusion, we are just 10 minutes from the M1 motorway, 1 hour from Dublin and within easy reach of the major historical sites of Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. (Unfortunately the layout of the building renders it unsuitable for wheelchair users).
