Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Coulaines

What a lovely find! Stayed here for the week of Le Mans 24H and this little place was so wonderfully peaceful and comfortable. The host was very friendly and extremely quick to reply when I had a question. The amenities were perfect and the town was sweet. Not too far a walk to the closest bus stop to get into town (about half a mile), which was a great bonus!

Veronique's place was the absolute perfect spot for our stay. Besides being an incredibly helpful and communicative host (proactively telling us about an unplanned power outage the city announced), she was kind, and made us feel right at home. The place is a stunning piece of historical architecture, right in the heart of the old town. Finally, this was the cleanest airbnb I've ever stayed in by far. Seriously, I wish my house was this spotless. Veronique's attention to detail is hard to match!

Very good stay that we highly recommend. Thomas is a very available and flexible host on schedules which is very nice. Our little one loved feeding the chickens and was able to enjoy a nice egg. The little welcoming touches that Thomas had reserved for us touched us. We'll be happy to go back

Marie was an incredible host, and was willing to meet us later than we expected to arrive due to train difficulties from Paris. She even left some delicious snacks and wine for us, which was super nice of her. The place itself was quite charming, and we would love to stay there again given the opportunity.

Fabulous accommodation for our short trip to the 24h race in Lemans. Everything was there, Gwen is extremely nice, it was very clean. If we go to Lemans again, we will definitely enquire with Gwen first. Thank you very much!

Everything was perfect!!!

The accommodation is beautifully arranged and tastefully decorated. The apartment was sparkling clean, which is very nice. A particularly pleasant little bonus: a small outdoor courtyard, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink at the end of the day, under the last rays of sunshine. The location is also perfect: - a stone's throw from the city center, which allows easy access to restaurants, bars and shops, - parking spaces are right in front of the accommodation. Host is responsive and provides clear and accurate instructions.

A beautiful, cosy, apartment in a fantastic location in the old town, & very close to the imposing cathedral. Spotlessly clean & very nice tasteful decor. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to Caroline (& her daughter Alize) for making us feel welcome.

Cécile and Christophe's apartment is as described and very well located. We were able to enjoy the old Mans and do a lot of activities near the accommodation! Even though the stay was motivated by professional life, the location of the apartment was ideal for enjoying the city at the end of the day! Communication with each of the two was fluid. We received clear directions and they were flexible with the check-in time. We thank them because we were able to drop off our things and discover Le Mans in the process! We enjoyed the board game provided: it kept us busy!

Very pleasant atypical accommodation, quiet and very well located. It's big, spacious, and with all the comforts you need. This place went a long way for the GP motorcycle! I recommend it.

We booked Alicia and Kevin's place to attend the 24 Hours of Le Mans as a family. The accommodation was very well located, close to the city center on foot and surrounded by free parking lots easily accessible despite the high season. Alicia and Kevin were also extremely responsive and accommodating and the little welcome snack was a delicate touch that was much appreciated. I recommend it without hesitating!

Good location, clean, fully equipped, good internet connection. Frogs from the pond are very annoying to hear during the night, but luckily it was cold enough to keep the windows shut. Not a complaint, because we knew from the description and experience what we are getting into, but as a reminder for newbies - attic bedroom with stairs is a big inconvenience, as in most of the Brittany accommodations. Far away from north american safety standards, but this place at least have the stair handrails and washroom/shower on the same floor with the bedroom :)

We had a great time in this second apartment of Alexis's and it was perfect like the first. It is not only very spacious and bright, but also perfectly equipped — everything is thought out for the comfort of guests. The cleanliness is impeccable, the bedding is of quality, and the neat decoration brings a real warm touch. You feel at home there from the first few minutes. The host is also very responsive and thoughtful. I would recommend it in a second, and will gladly come back!

We spent a weekend at Sabrina's for the 24h of Le Mans. We were pleasantly surprised, on the one hand by the environment and the calm of the building as well as the cleanliness of the accommodation. Secure access with private parking. Internet and Netflix with Airbnb special account. We'll save the address for next time. We would recommend this Airbnb

Jean Louis' apartment matches the description. It is ideally located with the old town within walking distance in 10 minutes. Located in a well-insulated residence, quiet bedroom at the back of the building. Communication with Jean Louis was easy. We'll be happy to go back
