Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Very close to Place Gambetta (pole exchange transport) you will be 5mn of the tram and bus(direct airport / station) check in 2:00-7:00pm. No late check in

The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Arcachon villa. It also includes a large garden, a car location and two private terraces. In the heart of the winter city, residential and quiet area, everything is within walking distance: center, beach, market, train station. We do not live there, a key box allows our visitors to take possession of the premises independently. We are available by phone call. A company prepares the property after each rental.
