Cottage on the edge of a 1.8 ha pond, in an 18 ha property with 2-seater hot tub on the outdoor terrace. Direct access to the Paris-London greenway (Chaussy – Gisors section) and the Epte (1st category river) for your walks, bike and kayak rides. Property without neighbors, without any noise. In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

Located 15 minutes from Étretat, Fécamp, 30 minutes from Honfleur, in the quiet of the green Normandy countryside, we have furnished our dovecote in the charm of the traditional materials of the region, with comfort and modern decor, our round dovecote will seduce you, for its cocooning atmosphere. A small kitchen is available for you to have your meals if you wish (small breakfast not provided), as well as a shower room with toilet, a pellet stove for heating.

Old renovated photo studio of 90 m2 offering a beautiful ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Between the Marquenterre Park (10 min by bike) and the access path to the sea (150 m), the cabin is a little slice of heaven for nature and hiking lovers. Nestled in the wild vegetation, cocooning moments are yours. Without getting out of bed, observe nature all around... and if you take your nose out of the duvet, you can enjoy a south-facing terrace by the water to observe the birds.
