This B&B is located in Ecorchemont, a small hamlet alongside the Seine river, very close to "Les Andelys". A peaceful place between white cliffs and river, planted with trees. The cottage is located on the corner of our house on 3 floors. Within a farmhouse in the countryside (5-hectare property). House having gone through several centuries, work of our ancestors preserved, which we try to preserve as best we can by renovating it. You can sunbathe in the garden, see and feed the animals, walk around the ponds, your children can have fun in the playground. Finally, from the cottage, you are a 20-minute drive to the sea.

Our accommodation with an outdoor area is nestled in a quiet location, far from the highways, without noise pollution. The studio is located on our property with an independent entrance and no shared spaces. It offers a spacious room with TV and Wi-Fi connection. A dining area will be at your disposal as well as a welcome basket. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hob and fridge. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet and sink.

Our accommodation can accommodate a couple or family of up to 4 people. 5 minutes' drive to the center of Lisieux and its Basilica, 15 minutes to Cerza Zoo and 25 minutes to the beaches (Deauville, Trouville), enjoy the calm of the countryside while remaining close to amenities. Enjoy the garden to rest, or discover the hiking trail passing behind us, the stud farms and orchards, the local products of our neighbors or the nearby cider houses!

Nice quiet outbuilding with small bedroom, living room with sofa bed for troubleshooting. Microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge for your breakfast. Although there is no kitchen, a private south facing terrace with a small garden and a barbecue will allow you to have your breakfasts and improvised meals in peace. Bed and bath linen is provided. I can offer you 2 bikes free of charge. The accommodation is smoke-free.
