Second bedroom , a smaller room with a double bed (140cms wide) , the bathroom for this bedroom can be used as an en suite or closed off and used as a guest bathroom. Take a few things in a basket up to Roof terrace and enjoy breakfast in the sun , this is a shared roof with separate areas to provide some privacy, large sofas, dining table for four & Bbq.

Both terraces offer the most beautiful views of the Mediterranean, the Sierra Nevada, the Marina del Este marina and the finest beach. In addition to the bathing-friendly beach, a large pool is right by the house. The house is located to the east on the prestigious Punta de la Mona peninsula, 1.5 km from the smaller town of La Herradura.

This lovely country home sleeps up to four people comfortably. It has two bathrooms, a living area, a dining room and full kitchen. The most impressive aspect of the house is its location which boasts panoramic views overlooking the mountainous valley, visually distinct with its terraced olive, orange and almond groves, among others. The property also has a garden and a small terrace with a BBQ and a wood fired oven.
