Vacation rentals with a pool in Costa del Silencio

Estuvimos muy agusto en el alojamiento de Yan! Tiene todas las comodidades que describe, acceso a las zonas comunes de la urbanización y a demás de bonito era muy cómodo. Nos sentimos como en casa! Ojalá podamos volver en un futuro, lo recomendamos totalmente.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in dit volledig gerenoveerde appartement. Alles is stijlvol ingericht, schoon en comfortabel, met drie ruime slaapkamers en een volledig nieuwe uitgeruste keuken. De locatie is echt bijzonder: aan de ene kant uitzicht op de golfbaan en de zee, aan de andere kant op de Teide en een natuurreservaat , ongelooflijk mooi en rustgevend. De accomodatie ligt in een rustig complex met een groot zwembad, kinderbad, poolbar, animatie, en een goed restaurant. In de buurt zijn ook gezellige eetplekjes, zoals de 19th Hole. Op wandelafstand van de boulevard en de haven van Amarilla. Alles klopte, we voelden ons direct thuis en komen zeker terug. Een aanrader!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Alles war sauber, und besonders die Terrasse mit dem Pool und dem Grill hat uns begeistert. Es war angenehm ruhig, und der Supermarkt sowie andere kleine Geschäfte waren schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Benjamin war super, er war sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel – wir durften sogar etwas später auschecken. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Ana. Die Unterkunft hat 3 Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossen Bädern, wir waren nur zu 3 mit unserer Tochter vor Ort, könnten uns aber durchaus vorstellen, dass auch 4 Erwachsene mit ihrem Kinder hier eine tolle Zeit verbringen könnten. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der beheizte Pool, der alle 2 Tage gesäubert wurde, das super freundliche Personal und die Kommunikation mit Ana. Toll war auch, dass wir flexibel ein- und auschecken konnten und Ana sich sehr nach unseren Wünschen gerichtet hat. Die Umgebung ist nicht so schön, aber in 15-20 Minuten erreicht man wunderschöne Strände, Einkaufszentren oder den Aqua- Park. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

I spent 5 days at Marina’s villa with my family and it is a beautiful place to stay with a lot of things very close by which makes it very handy. She is also a great host just like all the previous reviews say as she responds quick and very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again in the future, worth every penny.

Wow, this Villa exceeded our expectations, particularly the outside pool area, the clean bright patio and seating areas were very comfortable - it felt bigger than we imagined and the view was beautiful. We used the BBQ one evening as it was so chilled and peaceful here. The pool was also heated so was nice to sit late evening dipping our toes. The villa itself was very clean has a brand new modern feel about it, with all the amenities you could need. The location was great for us as it was set back so it was quiet, but only a 10min drive to most places. We did often walk down to front area around 30-40mins plenty of taxis around and it was cheap to get back. Nina was lovely and welcoming greeted us at the villa making check in easy; and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations which we ate at and loved. We would and have already thoroughly recommend this villa to friends, and if we are back in Tenerife we would absolutely love to stay here. Thank you again.

Nous remercions Ilaria pour la facilité d’échange qu’on a pu avoir , elle a toujours été à l’écoute de nos besoins. Sur une semaine il y a pas eu un moment où il a plu donc c’était parfait pour les activités qu’on avait prévu et le secteur est très calme et sécurisé. Pour nos attentes c’est un 10/10

La casa è grande e accogliente, molto pulita, aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze da letto, con un grande terrazzo e una piscina (condivisa) enorme. La zona è super tranquilla e sicura, si possono fare lunghe e bellissime passeggiate sul lungomare, che è letteralmente a due passi da casa, e si può fare il bagno nella Caletta naturale sotto casa. Il prezzo è adeguato a quello che offre e se dovessi ritornare a Tenerife prenoterei subito di nuovo da Sve

Спасибо большое хозяевам за тёплый приём и отзывчивость! Апартаменты - супер, отличный вид на океан, а внутри есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. мы действительно чувствовали себя в домашней атмосфере. Локация отличная, удобно добираться в любую точку острова.

appartamento con ampio balcone con vista mare laterale in stile canariano in un complesso residenziale sulla costa del silenzio, molto tranquillo e ben gestito con possibilità di parcheggio su strada e accesso alle piscine del complesso che sono davvero belle e a picco sul mare. l'appartamento è ben servito di tutto l'essenziale e la nostra Mara, responsabile dell'accoglienza e della pulizia della casa è stata davvero super attenta cordiale e disponibile AD ogni nostra esigenza! tutto funzionale e in ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. perfetto per chi vuole visitare Tenerife lontano dai soliti luoghi superaffollati e sovrapprezzati. in pochi minuti raggiungi qualsiasi luogo dell'isola in macchina senza problemi! sicuramente consigliato.

Das Apartment ist mit zwei sehr nahe gelegenen Bushaltestellen vom Flughafen sehr gut zu erreichen. Es ist ein kleines, gepflegtes Apartment, welches zu zweit gut bewohnbar ist. Je nach Körpergröße kann die Schlafmöglichkeit etwas klein sein (mit 198cm wird es langsam eng). Die Küche ist mit der Kücheninsel zum Kochen gut geeignet, auch wenn der Herd ein wenig klein ist. Der Balkon ist gemütlich und man hat an klaren Tagen von dort einen schönen Ausblick auf den Teide. Supermärkte sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Restaurants und Bars sind auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, sorgen allerdings auch für eine gewisse Lautstärke. Das Meer ist in 10-15min zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Gegend ist ansonsten nicht allzuviel los, wer also auf der Suche nach einem kleinen Apartment zum erholen ist, ist hier richtig.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything a traveler needs. Location is very quiet and peaceful. Extremely easy communication with the host. We have never said this before- but if Tenerife - we will come back again.

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

Logement bien placé et calme. Très bien placé en bord de mer. Piscine agréable. Hôte réactif et très sympathique.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren als Paar mit Kleinkind dort und hatten so einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns in der kleinen, aber wundervollen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie bietet alles, was man braucht, war sauber und ordentlich, und wir haben fast jeden Tag draußen auf dem Balkon gegessen, was wir sehr genießen konnten. Der Gastgeber und sein Freund sind sehr freundlich und wir haben uns direkt mit einer süßen Geste wie Keksen und Wein sehr willkommen gefühlt.

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf met onze 2 kleine kindjes. Het appartement ligt erg rustig, op 5 min wandelen van een strandje, een supermarktje en een strandbar. De mooiste wandelgebieden liggen wel op 30 tot 45 min rijden. Het appartement zelf was heel proper, heeft een goede voorziene keuken en is licht en ruim.
