La casa está en zona de pinares y a 100m de la playa, es de estilo minimalista y muy cómoda, ya que para garantizar la accesibilidad, dispusimos en la planta baja el dormitorio de matrimonio principal con cama de 150cm con cuarto de baño "en suite" y otra habitación con cama de matrimonio de 135 cm . En la planta de arriba hay un cuarto de baño y 2 dormitorios; uno con 2 camas y el otro con una cama nido (2 indiv.) y cama de matrimonio.
