Joyful, southern and intoxicating, this apartment stands out for its thoughtful decoration down to the last detail and the splendid terrace, from which you can admire the iconic Church of El Salvador and the tower of the old Mosque. The contrast and harmony between contemporary structures and preserved elements provide magical trips back in time. Live from the inside the legacy of the city with all the modern amenities. The entrance to the kitchen, new and modern, then opens to the large living room with two large doors windows to the outside, and then to the bedroom with bathroom inside, with shower. The building is two floors (with an apartment in each), plus the communal terrace with wonderful views of the Church of the Savior. The building and the apartment have been recently restored respecting the original elements. With the brightness of the exterior as its main quality, this cozy apartment decorated with original photographs, has been recently renovated and has everything your guests may need to feel at home in this beautiful city. The apartment is quite spacious, and has a very spacious living-dining room with air conditioning, a room with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and Smart TV, and another room with two single beds that could be joined at the request of the guests, it also has a wardrobe and Smart TV. It has a foldaway bed that can be placed in a small room or in a living room. The kitchen has all the basic appliances and ample food. A/C is located in living room and master room. The internet is 60MB fiber optic WiFi. Guests can use every room in the house. The apartment is located in a building with an extensive inner courtyard and underground garage. The garage can be accessed in the elevator without having to climb any stairs. I will be available to guests for whatever they need me. I'll be happy to help with anything you need. Located in the east of Sevilla, a few minutes walk from the Palacio de Congresos. It is close to all kinds of shops and bars where you can disconnect, as well as bus stops to get around the city and visit its main attractions. The apartment has a private underground parking lot included in the price. To go to the city center you need a transport, there are bus stops about 5 minutes walk. It takes 30-40 minutes to get to downtown by bus. By car about 15-20 minutes. The lines that best communicate with the center is 27 and 28. To go downtown you need a drive, car or bus.
