The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Auf der grossen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool (5 x 10 m) befindet sich der Außenessbereich. La Casita bietet neben freiem WiFi auch Sat/Smart-TV und eine Musikanlage.

Dit heerlijke vakantiehuisje in Murcia (zuid Spanje) bestaat uit twee ruimtes mét overdekt terras. Het is ideaal voor rustzoekers, wandelaars (!) en natuurmensen. We rent the upstair apartment of this wonderful Villa in front of the Mediterranean sea. The house is located at the beachfront at the beautiful beach "la Fustera", with private access to it and stunning sea views. It has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the views, private pool and private parking. The downstairs apartment is ocasionally used by members of our family with whom you would only share the parking lot, the access to the beach and ocasionally the swimming pool.

In July and August,there is no discount and the arrivals and departures are only sSaturdays. Please bring your own towels and bed sheets! The costs of water and electricity will be added. The swimming pool is in funcion from May until mid October.

On the farm there are 3 friendly cats and a small organic orchard. Located 50 meters from the sea, next to the promenade of the marine reserve, a place with a lot of charm and tranquility.

For 2 adults, no children, no pets, only 2 adults. We have private parking inside the plot, for vehicles less than 4 meters long, with prior reservation, the rate is 12 euros per day.
