Bungalow vacation rentals in Costa Blanca

We had an absolutely lovely stay, the local area was nice and calm, and felt safe to walk around. The beach was beautiful and clean, our little boy had a fantastic time there. The apartment was really comfortable and well-equipped. We stayed with a 19 month old toddler, the host supplied a big travel cot which was ideal for him to sleep, as well as a high chair, and some toys to entertain him. We felt there was plenty of space for him to move around safely and the bedroom where we kept the cot had lots of space which made bedtimes easier. The pool in the complex has a separate area for smaller children, which was very useful, and our host provided beach towels to use after a swim. The host was incredibly helpful, gave us lots of great recommendations for the local area, and was very responsive to our questions, she went above and beyond to help us!

We were 4 adults with children and pets. Very nice place, with access to the sea. The weather was bad and we couldn't take advantage of the terrace. But I recommend it. The host is super attentive and Juan is charming.

Incredible welcome from Monique at her accommodation, an exclusive and pleasantly surprising experience. The house is located in a residential development with good views towards Alicante and the Mediterranean Sea, with easy street parking. It has all the luxury details to spend a stay with all the amenities, it should be noted how clean and tidy everything was. Without a doubt, Monique makes everything work so that your stay there leaves you with a good memory. I will definitely go again when I go to Alicante.

We were phenomenal. The house was great as shown in the pictures and had a lot for the kids. The area is very quiet, and the beach is very close! The bad thing is that it is not easy to walk near the house; but still, we will repeat!

Great accommodation right next to the beach. Large pool and quiet area. Larger grocery store within walking distance. Wonderful view! Can really recommend this accommodation!

Communication went well. We only booked two days in advance and everything was put right in time. Correct info about the accommodation Quiet surroundings and easily accessible. The roof terrace was wonderful !

I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. It’s in a very safe area. The apartment was immaculately clean but there was only one rooftop sunbed. We contacted Svetlana & another was provided the following day. Very comfortable bed with 2 large duvets, which keeps you cooler. The area itself is beautiful & peaceful. There’s a locked gate system - feels very secure. Outside, you walk through a lovely cool forest and onto a boardwalk which then turns into a long promenade along the seafront. You can go for long/short walks. A few restaurants along it to stop & eat. We had a car hire & found La Habaneras Open Shopping Centre which we loved & drove to the local market which was huge on Sunday morning. Svetlana was always giving us suggestions of things to do & places to go. Only advice I’d give is that the winding steps to the apartment are quite narrow so for anyone not quite steady on their feet, avoid & look for a ground floor. Mid April weather was wet & windy mostly.

Wonderful stay in the period of May. Quiet and beautiful terraces. Everything is available Nice communication with the owner and with her local contact person. Car is recommended , supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. You can have a great time here in a beautiful area

Helena is a great host, very proactive and responsive. Her place is beautiful and was the perfect solution for our needs.

We spent 3 days in the house, two adults and two children. The location is very good, with a great view of the lake. It's also a 10-minute drive to Torrevieja beaches and 5 minutes to large supermarkets. The house is small (two rooms), but it is very well organized. It has air conditioning and also has a ceiling fan in the living room. I would improve the barbecue. The one that was there was very small, one of those round ones with a low stand. I would give the accommodation a 10. Otherwise, very good. We had a problem with a light and they fixed it right away. Thanks for everything.

The stay at Villa Atenea couldn't have been better. From the beginning, Carla has taken great care to offer us the greatest ease for everything. Attention to detail at every point of the house. I would definitely repeat. 100% recommended for those who want a few quiet days surrounded by the mountains.

Had a great week here. The hosts were brilliant and met us on arrival. Walked us through everything we needed to know about the house. The pool was lovely and the location of the property was great. A large mall just down the road with lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Very clean property and had everything you could need. Would visit again. Thank you.
