My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.

Newly renovated top floor apartment in the heart of Bormla, one of the oldest and best preserved areas of the Maltese Islands, minutes away from the ferry to Valletta. The apartment is bright with loads of natural light, retains all its original features such as the traditional Maltese balcony and colourful cement tiles, with the comforts of a modern home. Note: Apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. Water filtration system is installed so tap water is drinkable.

NEW LONG LET WINTER STAYS NOV-APRIL Port out is a newly renovated property sitting along the Grand Harbour. There are 4 separate apartments all with a harbour view. A lift inside the building, operates with a digital card and takes you to your personnel apartment. There is also stairs if you prefer. Valletta ferry is directly across the road. Maritime and War museum is only a few mins walk. Renella Beach is 3.5km Transport, Bars, restaurants and shops all close.

A lovely apartment in a perfect location! The area is peaceful with charming views from the road, and we were so glad we stayed here instead of in the hustle and bustle of Valletta. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the ferry, or if you're coming from Valletta, you can take a small water taxi for just a euro more. They drop you off right near the apartment. The water taxis are a fun option, though not always running when you need to head to Valletta, so we mainly used the main ferry to get there and the water taxis to return. The balcony was a great touch, letting in fresh air and offering a nice partial view of the waterfront. The apartment is spread over three floors. We mostly used the bedroom level, which suited us perfectly

We had a great time during our two-week stay. The accommodation is highly recommended for overnight stays: 1. Location, location, location: Perfectly situated — just a short 10-minute ferry ride to Valletta. Hop-on-hop-off bus stops, regular buses, grocery-shops, restaurants, and banks are all within walking distance. It’s located outside the tourist zone, in a quiet residential area where the local neighbors were always friendly and greeted us warmly. 2. Air conditioning with CO₂ regulation: CO₂-based ventilation control is a rare feature and essential for maintaining healthy indoor air — typically below 1000 ppm. In our case, values ranged between 400 and 750 ppm, which made the air feel fresh and pleasant. We mostly used the dehumidifier mode to bring the outside humidity (up to 90%) down to a comfortable 54–60% indoors. 3. Last but not least, Sara is a wonderful and outstanding host: Even before our arrival, she provided us with plenty of helpful information. We will come back.
