Welcome to your cozy retreat in Cortez . Our well kept home is within walking distance of restaurants , grocery stores , a library and a 50 acre park. We are located at the end of a dead end street without much traffic. The comfortable and welcoming home features a fully equipped kitchen ,reverse osmosis water filter, 100 percent cotton sheets , and natural non toxic cleaning products. The views of Mesa Verde from the kitchen window are representative of the beautiful places to visit .

It has a porta-potty, pump sink & portable battery inside. It comes with a queen size bed with full linens, and two towels. There is a wood stove is inside for heat and boiling water. This is located on a private campground. Please see photos. Extra linens are available for rental onsite. Price includes 2 guests, $10 each after, up to 6 total.

Set up on our 3 acres, nestled in between our pond & small vineyard. Private & separate from our home. GORGEOUS view of Ute Mountain out front door! 4 person hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. Stargazers delight, a dark country setting. Property is completely fenced. Due to family allergy issues, we do not allow ANY pets in the RV at any time.
