It has a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There’s a separate room with self-catering facilities; a dresser containing cutlery, glasses and china, complete with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Staying in the Annex is a welcome experience, one in which you feel part of the lovely countryside around you.

Shepherds Hut #4 at Avon Farm Near Bath

Our reviews say it all! We have been welcoming guests to Avon Farm since 2016. This is one of four beautifully hand crafted, bespoke shepherds huts by the renowned Greendown Shepherds hut. New for 2021 and comes with your own private, screened hot tub, fire pit, BBQ stand (just bring your own disposable BBQ) and log burner in the hut. The hut also has heating, shower room, gas hob and microwave. Set on a 230 acre farm, along the river Avon, with plenty of pubs within walking distance.

Located on the edge of the city overlooking beautiful countryside but just 20 minutes from the centre via nearby bus stop. Free street parking outside or close by. No kitchen but microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge & crockery provide for simple catering. There’s also WiFi and a smart TV. The Den adjoins the main house via a locked door. Relax in the lovely garden when the weather allows.
