Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Corsica

Great house with nice views. We spent beautiful days here in the mountains. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. However, you are dependent on a car, shopping in a larger supermarket is about 25 minutes away. We would come back.

A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay at Villa Lily Bay We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lily Bay in Marina de Santa Giulia. The villa is beautifully renovated, stylishly decorated, and offers beautiful views of the bay and surrounding mountains. The location is perfect—walking distance to the beach, quiet neighborhood and shared pool (though now closed for winter maintenance), making it easy to unwind in the serene scenery. There is a short drive to shops and restaurants in Porto-Vecchio as well as only 30 minute drive to Bonifacio, which is absolutely worth the visit. For hikers I recommend checking out Cascade de Piscia di Ghjaddu within 1 hour drive. The villa was well-equipped and comfortable, providing a great balance of modern amenities and natural beauty. Entrance is via winding stairs, just a note for people with mobility issues. Overall, a fantastic experience with Eric, and we would love to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in Corsica.

Eric and Edith's place is one of the classiest AirBNB's I've ever stayed in. The apartment is even better than the pictures - the floor layout and composition of everything including tasteful furniture and decor is perfect. Lovely, partly wild garden lot. Lots of space in the apartment - huge patio for star-gazing. Beautiful view onto the sea and coast. Good for watching sunsets. The neighborhood is off the beaten track but it's easy enough to get to several towns and attractions in the southwest of Corsica. A dirt road going by the house leads down to a beautiful beach with a very good family-run restaurant. Edith is very responsive and is concerned that guests have a good stay. I highly recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful stay - the house was sparkling clean, at a very convenient location only a few minutes away from so many gorgeous beaches and the best point is that it is overlooking the sea (although there is a road in between it still remains peaceful). We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as the comfortable and cozy inside. Our host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for arrival!

We had a great time at the villa. The villa has beautiful views and perfect comfort, the pool is also superb. The place is a little isolated from everything but it's really not a concern. Nick and Constance were very helpful both with their availability and recommendations and with their flexibility on check-in time, we greatly appreciated and thanked them warmly.

The house is located in a very nice place. There was a good layer of posidonia leaves on the beach (at least ~50cm), but actually, it doesn't bother swimming and it's not unpleasant, neither on the feet nor the nose. 30 m to the right of the beach, there is much less deposit, and it is a beautiful sandy beach with driftwood. It is an old house, single glazing and vintage bathroom from the 70s, but it is very well equipped and very pleasant to stay in. We would totally recommend!

We had a great time in the heart of a beautiful environment, quiet with the only background noise being the sea and the birds. 😇 And despite the capricious weather, we were able to enjoy this cocoon nestled in the hollow of the lighthouse. 😇 A beautiful accommodation offer that matches the description!

We had a wonderful time in Marie Antoinette's historic home. She was a perfect host, welcomed us very warmly, gave good tips and responded immediately to our requests and questions. The apartment is very very clean, well equipped and exceptionally tasteful and designed with loving details. Particularly noteworthy is the large roof terrace with a view of the sea and the mountains, from which the sunset behind the mountains can be observed. From the roof terrace you can also observe the colorful hustle and bustle on the market square. We liked using the offers in the village (village shop, two restaurants, a bar, etc.) The location of Belgodère is great. We were able to ride our e-bikes(!) to the beach or through the villages, on beautiful paths that were hardly used (spring!) and were able to take great hikes from there. We fully recommend the place.

Sébastien's accommodation is a little gem, perfectly located, close to the sea, shops, restaurants etc. the accommodation is ideal, there is everything you need, and also very good for a 2 and a half year old child. The sunny terrace and its barbecue won us over!! Sébastien was very available and accommodating, thank you again, thanks to you we had a wonderful vacation! We'll be back! Cathy’s apartment is the perfect base for exploring the local area. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well appointed, opposite 2 great restaurants and a supermarket is nearby. Communication with Cathy was excellent and she is a very friendly host. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and cozy apartment in Zonza. In the middle of the village. Perfect base for exploring the mountains of Corsica. It was clean and tidy. Very soft bed. One evening noise from the cafe across the street, otherwise no nuisance from the restaurants.

We were very hospitably received by Joelle and Patrick. The accommodation is cozy and equipped with every comfort. Nearby, we of course visited Bastia, but also made beautiful trips and hiked in Cap Corse and in the direction of St Florent and Calvi. Patrick gave us a lot of good tips about what to do and where we can find a nice and quiet beach with pine trees within 10 minutes(!). This address is highly recommended!

In trouble at the airport following a flight cancellation, I had to find a place to stay within walking distance. Colette's accommodation is a 20-minute walk away and easily accessible. Colette is charming and very welcoming. And the pizzeria on the ground floor is very good.

I had an absolutely wonderful week in this beautiful villa! The setting is exceptional: the 270° view is simply breathtaking, a real haven of peace. The house is tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, and remarkably comfortable. Special mention for the heated pool, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything was impeccably clean upon arrival, and communication was smooth, warm and very caring. A huge thank you to Karen, who is a very beautiful, caring and available person. You can feel that she puts her whole heart into creating an unforgettable experience for her guests. I recommend this place without a second thought and I sincerely hope to return soon. This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Exceptional villa facing the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio! Waking up facing the sea in this context is just magical! Clean and very functional house! We were 13 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other, on the contrary, it's even bigger than it looks in the photos. Swimming pool, field below for soccer and a petanque court + private access to the sea, great! In terms of equipment, everything is well thought out, a storage room with a second fridge and spaces that allow you to relax in the patio, both inside and outside! The large retractable bay windows, once opened, offer a huge living room. We had a great time for a little over 4 days, ideally located near Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from the airport, what more could you ask for. I of course recommend this rental where Cédric was able to respond proactively to the few questions we had! TOP

Amazing sea facing gem with everything you may need for a fantastic holiday. Loved how easy it was to communicate with Edith. The beach is very close by and the area is perfect to explore south Corsica. I loved that every room had its own private toilet and the two levels can give privacy for two families.

With spectacular coastal and mountain views, a fantastic heated pool and lovely outdoor areas offering both sun and shade, relaxation and activity (table tennis, jacuzzi, mini golf, pool table plus children’s games) our family of 10 have enjoyed the perfect holiday here. The outdoor kitchen, close to the pool, provides an ideal social space with a big table and amazing views. It was easy to stay and relax at the villa but worth heading out to explore the beautiful local area, Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio and many beautiful beaches along the coast. Our hosts Giulia and her husband were both really friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had - thank you.

Jean Michel was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is stunning and very comfortable. Our little boy loved playing with all the toys which are a brilliant addition for anyone staying with children, no need to pack lots of toys. We had a brilliant time at Jean Michel’s villa.
