House located in Sobreda, in a recent and very quiet neighborhood - Only 8 minutes by car from the beaches of Costa da Caparica and 10 minutes by car from Lisbon. This villa is a great choice as it is located 6 minutes from the Almada Fórum shopping center and only 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from the emblematic 25 de Abril Bridge, which provides access to Greater Lisbon. Ideal for families or groups of friends looking for comfort, the beach, and proximity to the capital.

There is one queen bed and three single beds, which can be arranged as one queen and one single—please let us know your preference. The swimming pool and gardens are shared.
