Comfortable 56 m2 chalet including: On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) open to the living room with sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet. Upstairs: One bedroom with a 140 cm bed + closet, a second bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds and a 90 cm single bed + closet. Linens are not provided in the cottage. Cleaning at the end of the lease is the responsibility of the tenants.

Authentic alpine chalet called "Le Veillou" dating from 1931 and which was once used as a surveillance post for the first ski slopes of VILLARD-DE-LANS. Located on the heights of the village, at a place called "Les Cochettes". Ideal location for the start of many hikes (Col Vert, Cascade de la Fauge, etc.) and 5 min drive to downtown. The chalet has retained its old-fashioned charm with the comforts necessary for a stay in atypical and natural surroundings.

The cottage is independent, adjoining our house.

the cottage is in a very quiet area surrounded by woods with walking trails in the forest 200 meters away. Covered outdoor terrace with sofa and armchair for good relaxation. We are 45 minutes from the first ski resorts. Our home is 10 meters away so we will advise you if necessary and will be very responsive if there are any issues. Pets not allowed. For any electric vehicle charging, please let me know. Indeed, the rental does not include recharging.
