Built in 1927 by Hollywood film producer Harry Green, the cottages have been beautifully restored to reflect the charm of the original Laguna Beach art colony while offering the convenience and comfort of modern day amenities, lodging, and accommodations in Southern California. Citrus Cottage is a spacious stand-alone guest house in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Within walking distance to the Circle with so many great restaurants and bars that it makes it difficult to choose where to go. The bright and airy décor reflects the charm of Old Towne Orange. Plenty of parking is available. Close to Disneyland. Arrive to something refreshing in the refrigerator and wake up to hot coffee.

The Orange Peel is a cozy restored two bedroom historic cottage from 1919, on the property of a 120 year old Victorian house. This detached 2 bed- 1 bath guesthouse has vintage charm in the heart of Old Town Orange. It is very comfortable for four people, with one queen bed and two twin beds, with the option of two more guests on the couch (extra charge). The private and quiet space is walking distance to Chapman University and the excellent restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle.
