The host goes out of her way to accommodate anything you could possibly need or even desire! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail was overlooked in making this a comfortable and accessible home. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this ADA-compliant house. The house is thoughtfully designed with a lower-level bedroom with a lift, an accessible bathroom, and ramps at the front door making it easy for everyone to enjoy their time here. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need, and the open living area has plenty of seating for our entire group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was top of the line. The outdoor space was equally inviting, with a large patio, koi pond, large jacuzzi, gas fire pit, and bikes available to ride.

Ashlee’s place was exactly what we needed to spend the holidays with our family in Laguna Niguel! The location was prefect, her place was comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Staying at the Cozy Cottage was an amazing experience! I booked the cabin for a weekend trip as a Valentine’s Day present, and our stay there was perfect. Mary Ann & Chuck were both very helpful, they guided us to an alternate route to the cabin to avoid an icy/snowy hill, and made sure we got there okay. As far as the cabin itself goes, there’s really nothing bad to say. The heaters upstairs and downstairs work great, and they work fast. You don’t need to go above 68° to really feel warm. The water pressure & heat in the shower is great, the bathroom’s immaculately clean, and very well-themed! The master bedroom is also very well put together. Everything is labeled, but non-obstructively; you only see them when you need them! We made sure to follow the guide & instructions in welcome packet & introductory e-mail, and we had no questions. Check-out was very flexible, and the amenities are amazing. Make sure to sign the guest book if you visit :) 10/10!!

We loved staying here. While it's not the "newest" of places, it's exactly what we wanted. We were looking for something cozy with a cabin feel and we go that here. The jacuzzi was a nice place to relax at night. They had YouTube TV and we were able to watch movies with the kids at night and cuddle up in the living room. BONUS - Crazy fast internet. I work from home and I had a lot of work to do while during our stay. I have to upload videos to YouTube for clients and holy smokes batman, the internet was fast!!!

We had the BEST time at Chase’s place. We loved the island itself, but felt very lucky to find such a fun and personable place that was full of character and wonderful amenities. We loved the hot tub, the beach items, the games, the office capabilities, the yoga items, the great water pressure, and on and on. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Chase!

We were evacuated from our home due to the recent fires and needed a place to go to try to find some peace and normalcy. Drew understood our needs without me even having to tell him. He made things happen to allow us to check in earlier and waited for us to get to the house to ensure we had front row parking and had all our questions answered. He checked in from time to time during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was just what we needed. Steps from the beach with walkable restaurants. The time there helped get us back on our feet.

My family came out from Las Vegas to spend a week in our favorite place in the world. Huntington always has had our heart! We have searched high & low for an affordable, close Airbnb & never found one that we loved like this one. To be able to park our vehicle for free the entire time we were there, was one of the best parts of it all. It is so close to Main St and to the beach. A quiet, peaceful walk every morning to Stabucks was high on my list of ‘loves’! We 100% will come back to this one, no questions asked. The host, Chander, was extremely communicative & was very kind. The neighbors are quiet & the spot is just so perfect. We really enjoyed the beach cruisers in the garage, they made night rides so enjoyable! This entire visit was a solid 10/10!

We attended a wedding and booked this place! It was great for us and we loved our stay. The host was very responsive and if we ever need to go to again this place would be great.

The cabin was clean and as described/pictures. It was a great location close to the lake and good sledding spots. The rooms are spacious, the water was hot and the wifi was strong. Would recommend staying here for sure! I give my highest ratings but think it's worth noting for future guests that (as pictured) there is only a table for 4 people. There are extra chairs but a coffee table or something other than the high bar would be nice with a group of 6+. The kitchen is stocked but missing some essentials (like salt and pepper). Also, when we arrived the heat was off and it was 42* in the cabin which took nearly 24 hours to get to a comfortable temperature and upstairs never really got very warm. There were enough blankets to keep us warm at night though. Also, we ended up with an extra $25 charge for "wasted power usage" which I'm not sure what that's about. Overall we had a lovely time and would like to return!

Hard to describe how incredible this home is and what the experience coming here means to us as a family. John and Josh are exceptional hosts. If you’re looking for a prime spot with some of the best parking available in Balboa Island close to the ferry and incredible bay side beaches, look no further. This is our third year coming here and we can’t wait to come back! :)

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time at Audrey’s cabin!! First of all, it was BEAUTIFUL!!! It was also the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and it had everything you could possibly need! We loved the fun wallpaper, massive & crisp tv, the bonus seat cushions for the dining table chairs and the truly amazing fireplace. Also my boyfriend LOVED the Super Nintendo, so that was an incredible bonus! A word of warning though, the driveway up to the cabin was really steep. Much more than we’d been expecting. You definitely want to make sure your car’s up to the task. Regardless, it truly is a special place and Audrey is a fantastic host. She had a thoughtful card & bottle of wine waiting for us when we checked in and was so friendly and responsive during our stay—not that we needed anything because she really did think of everything with this place! We had a magical time and would love to stay again! Thanks Audrey 💖
