Located in Corning’s historic Southside. This 121 yr old home was renovated in 2022. It is a 2 story 2BR 1 bath, with a dining room, living room and kitchen. The master BR has a King bed and walk in closet. The 2nd BR sits across the hallway and is smaller and has a full size bed. The bathroom was completely renovated it features a walk in shower with ample lighting. A separate XL studio apt is in the back of the home w/ a full bath, kitchen and bedrooms. The stay was awesome and very well priced. Excellent place to bring a telescope! Great distance from down town Corning and Watkins Glen. Would def stay here again! The host Linda was quick to respond and very accommodating.

We had such a great stay! Everything was exactly as pictured and even better in person. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient and peaceful. Chris and Ron are wonderful hosts. They were kind and offered assistance if we needed it, which we really didn’t. They definitely have the place set up with lots of helpful notes providing assistance with light locations, how to turn things on and off, etc. We loved the map of the property, hand drawn by one of their sons! Staying in the suite was a very private, peaceful experience, and we are very grateful for our time there. The location in the woods speaks to me, as I grew up in a remote area of Vermont, and spent a lot of time in the woods. We didn’t have an opportunity to take Ron up on the pizza offer, but we will on another visit! Thank you, Ron and Chris!

The apartment was very comfortable, and the view across the valley was amazing. Full kitchen allowed us to do a little cooking while we were there. Mike is a great communicator and quickly answered any questions we had. If we're ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again.
