We absolutely loved our three nights at Jonnty’s place! The place itself is a lovely, spacious barn conversion that is warm, very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen with range cooker is fab and the living / dining room is huge and has a comfy sofa and big TV. The bedroom is also roomy and has a world class bed that’s perfect after a hard day on the fells. Jonnty, meanwhile, is a great host - knowledgable on the local area, friendly and when my car needed repairing he rang his neighbour who got it fixed the next day, no problems. Overall, this is a superb place with a great host - we couldn’t have asked for more and will be back. Thanks Jonnty!

Had an absolutely wonderful time here! Everything you could possibly need, hot tub, appropriate cutlery and appliances, towels, cozy bed, benches in the sun, fire pits! And even a board game! Although there’s not much around the area it’s so worth the stay if you want a peaceful get away, not to mention the absolutely amazing owners! All the staff were just great! Made us feel so comfortable and lovely to have a chat with! Thankyou for an ace time guys! I would definitely revisit this place! :)
