Great stay!!!! Great location.

Very private and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. Pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment with nice work desk area. Recommend getting a rental car to get around but, it’s relatively close to downtown Charlotte and shopping malls.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Good place to stay while in Charlotte. Host responded very quickly and answered questions as needed. Would stay here again.

Really enjoyed my one night stay at this adorable one room place. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, with basic necessities to use.

We wanted a place for family to stay together for Davidson College graduation and this was a nice option. Convenient to stores and for getting to events on campus. It was a great experience for the weekend!

We loved this Airbnb and will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. It was clean, tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. Preston was very responsive. The landscaping was beautiful. Gardenia bushes were in full bloom. Just a great place for a getaway!

We stayed with our 3-year-old and baby and had the best time. Everything was spotless and gorgous and we felt right at home. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch and our little boy loved the bunk beds. Kelsey was so kind to let us check in a bit early as well so we could have somewhere cool to let the kids play after being on the road so much. One of our favourite airbnbs ever. There's a great pizza place and some nice cafes nearby too.

The space was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! Tastefully decorated and thoughtful furniture placement with tables/lamps/etc. The kitchen was small but mighty! Fully stocked and had everything you’d need to cook a meal! Plenty of silverware and tableware, including plastic bowls and plates for kids! The coffee and cookies were a wonderful touch! The only thing to note is regarding accessibility. The only way to access the floors are with very narrow spiral stairs. Those with young children or limited mobility may have difficulty accessing all parts of the home. You can walk/drive around out back, but it would not be convenient. There is one half bath on the main middle floor and a full bathroom downstairs. The full bathroom could also benefit from a handheld shower head for those with limited mobility as well as showering young children. We did not venture out to the outdoor spaces much, but the inside was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Was so much better than staying at a hotel. Everything was spotless and in order. We were greeted with snack, filtered water in the fridge and the kitchen was filled with food amenities for us to use. Plenty of space and a homey comfortable feel. PLENTY of towels, blankets and pillows to use. WiFi and cable amenities were provided for use. If you have a question Renata is very quick to reply. We will definitely come back!

Great stay. Host was super responsive. Only a twenty minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. The place had everything a person or couple would need for a great weekend in Charlotte.
