Welcome! We are Margherita and Giovanni, we are located a few kilometers from Alba, the food and wine capital of Italy. The apartment is located in a farmhouse surrounded by hazelnut groves and vineyards, a few minutes' drive from the UNESCO destinations of Langhe and Monferrato and the villages of great wines: Barolo, Barbaresco and Moscato. Maestra Bice's house

It was the first elementary school in Monticello, the home of Maestra Bice, a house full of history. The house has 3 bedrooms with double bed and each its own private bathroom (whirlpool tub and whirlpool shower) and balconies with wonderful views of the Langhe and the Alps. The house includes a well equipped kitchen with the possibility to dine or have breakfast on the patio terrace. It is 9 km from Alba and 8 from Bra (no public transport), everything is close by car.

Casa da Gio ', wonderfull&design, center, parking

The "Casa da Gio '" was born during the lock-down. The house is very central about 30 m from Duomo and has a free reserved parking space in the large internal courtyard. Is perfect to discover the historic center with its architecture, squares, wine bars and restaurants that make the capital of the Langhe unique. You will then have a supermarket 15 m away. At 3 minutes you will find the station and the bus stop. It will be a pleasure for me to meet you. George.

Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
