Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Das Preis Leistungsverhähltniss war super. Der Host war immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns bei allen Anliegen weitergeholfen. In der Umgebung sind viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu Fuß zu unternehmen und es ist nah an Mactan Newton. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man benötigt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die ich so noch in keiner Unterkunft gesehen habe und ebenfalls ein Unterhaltungsprogramm. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen!

Belle's place is a great place to stay. We are party of 15 and the room is big enough for all of us. The place is clean and the host is responsive. Belle is also very accommodating. I had to request something from her and she gladly accomdated it. I would love to go back here again and will recommend this to my friends and family. Thank you, Belle for hosting us.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

We traveled from Southern Leyte to Cebu to celebrate my Master’s Degree graduation, and finding this place on Airbnb made everything even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, the host was warm, kind, and truly accommodating — I knew I made the right choice. The space was spotless, cozy, and fresh-smelling, making us feel at home even away from home. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to rest. One touching detail was the WiFi password — it included a surname from a well-known political family in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte. That small but meaningful moment made us feel even more connected. Nice and budget, owner are very responsive..

It's more than what we paid for. We had the warmest welcome, that us feel at home right away. Our host was very responsive, and attended to our needs right away. The space was huge, clean, and since we do not want to mess up with the home vibes, our food stuff was really concentrated on the dining table. Rules are clear and they will really make you be respectful of the place. We were in Cebu for work, so coming at our homestay at night was relaxing. The place is just few mins to where we worked, walkable to a mall, mcdo, 7-11 etc We highly recommend the place and we will book again should we get the chance. Thanks to our host.

As always the place was spotlessly clean and host is very accommodating and goes beyond what is expected by guests. Requests are granted even without added cost thus in a nutshell host is very professional and considerate, my family will always stay here when we will be in the nearby vicinity. This might just be the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in so far. The location is peaceful, and I really appreciate how the locals and tourists blend so well in the area. It actually reminded me of where I stayed in Hong Kong last year, which I also loved. The room smells fresh and clean, and I thought the “honesty store” was a brilliant touch! Just make sure to list what you take and settle your payment afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely book again. The apartment is very comfortable, well-made, has everything you need, overlooks a beautiful pool, is very conveniently located in Lapu-Lapu, and the complex has a 7-11 and security if that is of any concern to you. Celina is very responsive, communicates well and is kind and thoughtful. Definitely recommended to stay here.

I had a great stay! The complimentary mineral water was a lifesaver. The internet connection was decent, which is great for remote work. The balcony view was incredible, especially ar dusk and night while enjoying the city lights. It is conveniently located near restaurants and stores, making it an ideal spot to explore the city. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great time staying here with my family! We were able to book ls fishing trip right off of the beach. The staff at the hotel is great!

I can see why such positive reviews! The studio is comfortable and somewhere I would stay long term. There is security guards everywhere even wiling to give directions. The 7/11 has an ATM close by the building. It’s easy for Grab car pick ups and food delivery services to access. The pool in front is pretty and gives good energy.

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

This was the perfect room for me and my partner, everything we needed was there, and it was so clean and cozy. We loved everything about our stay! Sir Elmer was also very accommodating and responses very quickly! Would love to book this room again ☺️

So far probably the best accommodation I've had in PH. On a very small place they managed to make it feel spacious... the equipped kitchen, working shower, quiet AC, flushing toilet 🥰 ... the place is stylish and simple. Not cluttered like some other places I've stayed. I got just all I needed. What could be improved: - well the internet speed was unreliable. Sometimes I got 150Mbit, then 20Mbit, then 70Mbit. I chose this place mainly for work and team calls were not always ideal. - the TV has passed it's best years for sure. Image is burned out on like 50% of the surface making it feel almost like there is a northern light in your movie 😁

Daet and her co-host are very responsive and accommodating with our queries. Their living area is a little bit small since they have lots of furniture but overall it is very nice. The pool is open until 10pm which is a plus as most of other condos we’ve stayed have earlier closing time. Overall it was a limited but wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend this one.

Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out war diese Unterkunft nichts anderes als sehr empfehlenswert! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man ist in der Nah an ziemlich alles und die Unterkunft selber ist sehr bequem und sauber. Dies alles zu einem extrem vernünftigen Preis. 10/10
