The place was really great. The price-performance ratio was great. The host was always easy to reach and helped us with all concerns. There are many opportunities to do something on foot in the area and it's close to Mactan Newton. The property has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen that I have never seen in any accommodation and also a entertainment program. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Ma'am Belle's place in the heart of Cebu City. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Ma'am Belle was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond to our inquiries and very helpful with directions and local recommendations, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Her warm hospitality truly stood out. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It felt like a home away from home. The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. Nice and budget, owner are very responsive..

It's more than what we paid for. We had the warmest welcome, that us feel at home right away. Our host was very responsive, and attended to our needs right away. The space was huge, clean, and since we do not want to mess up with the home vibes, our food stuff was really concentrated on the dining table. Rules are clear and they will really make you be respectful of the place. We were in Cebu for work, so coming at our homestay at night was relaxing. The place is just few mins to where we worked, walkable to a mall, mcdo, 7-11 etc We highly recommend the place and we will book again should we get the chance. Thanks to our host.

As always the place was spotlessly clean and host is very accommodating and goes beyond what is expected by guests. Requests are granted even without added cost thus in a nutshell host is very professional and considerate, my family will always stay here when we will be in the nearby vicinity. I had a great stay! The complimentary mineral water was a lifesaver. The internet connection was decent, which is great for remote work. The balcony view was incredible, especially ar dusk and night while enjoying the city lights. It is conveniently located near restaurants and stores, making it an ideal spot to explore the city. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

The unit was in a convenient location and matched the photos in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the host responded quickly to messages. Although we had issues with the toilet as the flush won't work. Overall, our stay was great!

So far probably the best accommodation I've had in PH. On a very small place they managed to make it feel spacious... the equipped kitchen, working shower, quiet AC, flushing toilet 🥰 ... the place is stylish and simple. Not cluttered like some other places I've stayed. I got just all I needed. What could be improved: - well the internet speed was unreliable. Sometimes I got 150Mbit, then 20Mbit, then 70Mbit. I chose this place mainly for work and team calls were not always ideal. - the TV has passed it's best years for sure. Image is burned out on like 50% of the surface making it feel almost like there is a northern light in your movie 😁

From check-in to check-out, this place was nothing but highly recommended! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, you are close to pretty much everything and the accommodation itself is very comfortable and clean. All this at an extremely reasonable price. 10/10
