We rent our family home, located in the quiet and residential environment of the prestigious Marine de Davia, near Ile Rousse and Calvi. The house offers a panoramic sea view facing the sunset and is located 150 meters from the beach. In the Marine, two other beaches and tennis courts are within walking distance. Renovated in 2023, our house offers 5 bedrooms for about 10 beds, and a pleasant outdoor with a heated pool (from April until mid October).

My caseta is located in a beachfront residence. Residence Guardiola -Caseta 15 - 318 strada di caralivu 20220 Monticello. The caseta is on the front line with exceptional views from the terrace with double exposure: on the Corsican cape which will allow you to enjoy the sunrises and a view of the Ile Rousse for the sunsets. The residence is secure and has a tennis court.
