spacious, functional and quiet, it is only the hot tub that does not work too much, it's a shame because we had booked here for this criteria.. The owner was sorry which allows us to accept better and leave 5 stars because otherwise everything is fine.

The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 to 5 people, easy to access thanks to a key box. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped, all appliances and utensils are available, as well as paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, bathrobes... there is even a small first aid kit with bandages, disinfectant, etc. there is also coffee, tea, powdered chocolate, water, milk… Bernadette thought of everything! The spa is a real plus, nothing better after a long 5-hour drive! I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back for my next stay in Burgundy.

Maximum beautiful accommodation! It was a real stroke of luck. I'm sure I'll come back sometime :) The cottage is so lovingly and beautifully furnished down to the smallest detail. The hot tub is great and the breakfast was very tasty!

The estate is sumptuous and peaceful as it is located in the forest. The many cottages available accommodate family or friends. The main cottage is welcoming and allows everyone to be there. The extra: a hot tub for evening lounging.

Our stay at Andrew and Marielle's was lovely. They very kindly welcomed us and gave us directions to things to do and see in the area, cafes, swimming and more. The accommodation is simple and comfortable, and the garden is very pleasant.

We had a lovely time at this place which matched the photos and description. The outdoor space is very nice with the pool, the jacuzzi, the different relaxation areas and the different activities possible. The interior is also well arranged and practical. Communication was smooth and Philippe was responsive and flexible with our schedules, which was very nice. Recommended!

Beautiful decorations made the place feel very comfortable. Sandra was very responsive which helped with check in.

Exceptionally peaceful place with wonderful views

A typical and charming little house as we imagined it. Everything was perfect and friendly with good quality bedding... Caroline had planned everything for our arrival with a delicate touch on her part. We couldn't enjoy the garden, which seems bucolic, the weather not being suitable. We'll definitely be back to discover this beautiful region 😍

We have had a wonderful 14 days, where we have been around the area, but have also gone on many wonderful walks with our dogs. House and garden are very suitable for having a dog. The house is really well decorated with rich possibilities in the kitchen as in the living room. There is a lot of good information about experience opportunities in the area and there are really good manuals and explanations. The house exudes warmth and it is hard not to want to stay. Thank you so much to Coralie for being helpful with big and small things.

We had a lovely stay at Florence's. The cottage is very well suited for a family. Swimming in the nearby lake, walking from the cottage, the trail in the forest by the lake is really nice when it's hot. We took advantage of the outside of the cottage, very well equipped for the children to play and to eat outside/barbecue. Very comfortable bedding. Lots of board games and children's books. We didn't miss anything!

We had a wedding nearby and this cottage was very well located for that. Pleasant, typical, it was what we needed. Thank you for agreeing to let us leave the cottage earlier and letting us leave later 😌 Finally, thank you for the very nice little jar of honey.

Loved so much our stay, starting with knowledgeable, amicable, responsive and effective host Erick, who made our stay trouble free while helping hugely with local advise re all things in Burgundy. The house is in top shape, fully renovated with modern design and large open spaces, yet preserving old charm, with great appliances, super clean, and frankly overall pretty luxurious (Erick, you're modest in descriptions, lots of things here to brag about!) Sizable backyard plus another property piece that stretches up to the stream. Excellent walking on picturesque streets on the village, and fantastic scenic rides around. A paradise for culture, nature, and history lovers like us, convenient for our visits to Avalon, Vezelay and Auxerre plus countless old villages and eglises that Erick advised to see. I was traveling with my wife and two kids (two boys aged 7 and 9), and booked a bit of a last-minute trip to the region. Violaine was incredibly helpful, flexible, and responsive even before the booking. From the very start, she came across as honest and trustworthy. The location and the infrastructure of the house were simply perfect. It truly felt like our own “seconde maison”—and I made a point of taking care of it as if it were. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and the surroundings are stunning. The house can easily and comfortably accommodate more than 4–5 people. We definitely want to come back in the summer! I highly recommend this property.

This cottage is set in a beautiful spot, surrounded by vineyards. It has the kind of charm you hope to find in the authentic French countryside. Simple, real. We stayed with five, but there’s easily space for six. You enter into the living room. Immediately to the right, a cosy kitchen with everything you need. Through a series of doors, you move from one room to the next, it sparks the imagination. Light pours in through the windows. They look out over the large garden. Deckchairs invite you to unwind. Space for the eyes, and for the mind. A place to return to. With thanks to Camille and Geoffroy for their thoughtful care.

Very nice house, functional and very pleasant to stay in, both indoors and outdoors. You quickly feel at home, even for a short trip. It is fully equipped and well located in a pleasant village. Walking tours start directly from the garden, and you can quickly reach Avallon and Morvan Park. Good recommendations and clear instructions made check-in and checkout easy. Recommendation ++
