Great place to stay for a great price! Private and quiet location

Great clean space and loved the amenities including the coffee supplies! Location was Close (15 minutes or less) to everything we needed to get to in Miami and host was very responsive!

We stayed at Janet’s place from 6/11/25 - 6/14/25. Janet is very sweet & responds quickly to any messages that I sent. Her home is conveniently located near shops, the grocery store, many different eating places which we walked to & its super close to the airport. Her home is very nice & the small touches that she provides to her guest are really sweet & special. I love my coffee so that was one thing that was provided that I truly appreciated! My bed was so comfortable that I wish I could have stayed in it much more than I was able to. Her kitchen has everything that is needed to cook (I don’t cook 😂) but for those who do it’s perfect. I loved the front porch seating area but alas it was too hot for us to sit outside. Miami heat is no joke! We were just coming off of a cruise & asked to check in early & Janet accommodated. This was a one time stay in Miami for us but if I were to ever come back I would definitely stay at her house. Janet’s kindness was exceptional.

Stayed for a couple of nights for UM graduation. The dual homes are ideal for a family group. Highlights include firm memory foam mattresses, TVs in every room, very nice outdoor space, and even arcade games in the casita. Good location for everything you want to do in Miami. We appreciated the flexibility of checking in four hours early and the extended check out. Will try to stay here again when we return.

Les was an extremely helpful host! He left clear instructions on how to get in and was very responsive. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe, and nice to walk around. Tons of places to drive close by and also close to the airport. The house was clean and felt very homey. I would definitely stay here again during our next stay in Miami.

Excellent rental, definitely will stay again. The house is spacious and well laid out. Plenty of room for everyone and the backyard was a nice escape. The neighborhood is perfect, a couple minutes from grocery stores, dining and you can get to Coral Gables and Coconut Grove quickly on back roads escaping traffic. I have been visiting the area for years and this was better then any hotel. The host was responsive and it was so easy to check in and leave.

Very nice. I loved the vanity in the bedroom. It was quiet and easy to check in. I would stay again !! 10/10 recommend !

A good place to stay in Miami, the area is very quiet, close to shopping, also close to public transportation. The place has everything you need to have a quiet stay and the owners are very kind.

I would like to say this is one of the best Airbnb’s in the Miami Beach area, I would definitely recommend this to a small family or even a group of friends going to visit Miami for a weekend! It is very close to many different stores and restaurants, and a close drive to multiple beaches! Will definitely be booking again.

I really enjoyed how beautiful and modern it was, surrounded by great restaurants and the code system for easy access and not having to worry about losing a key coming in and out of my room and building. The communication was clear, simple and on time for everything that I needed for my stay. It was very clean, beautiful and convenient for me to move around from.

I had a great stay at this studio in Miami! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and made sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Sylvains place was perfect for 2. Clean and within walking distance of some cool restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Parking was easy. Overall a great place to stay.

Gina was a great host. Her property was cute and cozy and the perfect getaway for my partner and I. Her and her team were not only responsive but super friendly. The private outdoor area was a great addition to the property. We hung out outside and enjoyed the great Miami weather. Though we did not use it, there was also a barbecue available. Would definitely recommend booking!

Gabriela made my birthday trip a home away from home. She was very responsive and had clear instructions with pictures attached. The home was just enough for me and my boyfriend. I even cooked a few meals and felt at home. 10’s across the board!!!

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

Great stay. The place was very clean and looked just like the pics. Location is in a great spot which is not too far from Miami beach and other amenities. This was my first visit to Florida and I couldn't be more happier with this airbnb I chose to stay at. Will be booking again in the near future. The hosts also responds very very quickly.
