Modern apartment in a quiet area close to the city center

Our apartment is in a beautiful family-friendly area within walking distance to the city center. It is right on the Copenhagen Harbor, which is very clean and where the people of Copenhagen swim in the summer. There is no traffic here, as it is at the end of a road and there are no parties and noise, as in the old part of Islands Brygge. With the city's footbridges and bicycle bridges, you are close to the city and yet a little withdrawn. The apartment was built in 2018 and is bright and modern with everything you need.

Apartment on Islands Brygge - close to the city - but at the same time quiet on the terrace overlooking the harbor, the boats and the water in which you can take a swim. You can easily rent a Donkey bike around the corner, so you can cycle around Copenhagen, to Reffen Street Food, experience Christiania and The Little Mermaid. The evening on the terrace offers both the sound of the Town Hall bells, the fireworks in Tivoli and the sound of the boats in the water, which sail close to the terrace.

A new & modern apartment next to water. I myself live in the apartment and rent it out when I am on a business trip or traveling. There is a big balcony with grill and chairs with table for breakfast. Nordhavn is a new and modern area in Copenhagen. There is an area for swimming, sun bathing and even floating sauna. 300meters to a metro stop (Orientkaj stop). It takes 10min to the city center by metro and 15min by bicycle. Walking distance to Østerbro (old neighborhood with cafées, restaurants)

The apartment is in the back yard, withdrawn from the street, and safe with a gate, and you can enjoy sitting on the private balcony with your coffee and a drink. My home is a Wonderful 126 square meter flat in an old charming Building with all modern facilities, cable tv, wifi, washing machine. The apartment consists of 5 rooms - a big kitchen/diner with espresso machine, 3 bedrooms, a lounge with a large couch and a computer/work desk. The bathroom is renovated with luxourious shower equipment.
