A personally decorated rental home on the 2nd floor of a patrician, which is occupied by a sweet and welcoming family. We share the staircase. The apartment has been newly renovated with, among other things, a delicious kitchen where you can cook for the whole family. The light and the views are beautiful! Enjoy your time in Copenhagen from a cozy studio near the water. Perfect for solo travelling or a close nit couple. Situated in the old part of Islands Brygge, a former industrial, now residential part of the Copenhagen harbour milieu, the apartment is 150 meters from a swimming area, water front cafés, water sports and close to bus and metro. Via the iconic bicycle bridges, the apartment is in walking and biking distance from areas such as Vesterbro, Amager and København K - the city center.

Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area with view. Central heating, temperature is always nice. The bathroom/toilet is small! The houseboat has to seperate appartments in each end of the ship, with seperate entrances from each end of ship.

Apartment in the famous Nyhavn - close to Metro

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
