It was purpose-built by owner as a a vacation rental unit & has all amenities. The townhouse is bright, airy & very comfortable. Two large bdrms with air con with cathedral ceilings. Living room has sofa which converts to a very comfortable single bed. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, small interior garden, hammock & comfy chairs.

Absolutely beautiful! Luis and his staff were amazing, accommodating, and kind. We had a large group of people and we fit perfectly. The kids and the adults all had such an amazing experience. We definitely will be back soon! 100% recommend!

On my visit to Sta Rosa I loved the establishment, private, located in a very good area with easy access to the international highway and away from traffic, quiet area, the apartment is like being at home, super comfortable, everything very clean and tidy, the photos match. There is a 24-hour store very close, it has secure parking. The host was very kind to us. I RECOMMEND the establishment and on my next visit it is my place to stay.

Great location, and the apartment had everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean and felt like home. It was a great home base to settle in the historic downtown area, close to the parks, cafe's and markets. Marco was very responsive when we needed assistance with a couple of minor things, like a new gas tank for the stove and additional drinking water. The only difficulty was sporadic wifi outages. Not a major issue for us, but if you are planning to work from the apartment it may not be the best location for you. Otherwise, it was great!

Denia was very attentive and answered text right away. Met her to return keys at the end and was very friendly. She runs a store two places down from the apt. Two great restaurants right across the street. La Placate and Lenca Maya.
