Apartment vacation rentals in Cooperstown

We had a great stay the apartment was very quaint and clean comfortable and romantic. The climb up the stairs without a bannister was a challenge, but other than that, it was great! especially the view of the mountains from the dining area!

This is our 3rd stay with Anne&Frank and we are booked again in October. That in itself says a lot. Their place is always pristine and they are very responsive should the need arise. The surroundings are great for just relaxing and enjoying life and venturing out in the surrounding small towns. It is our favorite place to stay in that area and we highly recommend it.

This location was perfect for us. We were about 20 minutes from Cooperstown Dream Park and had everything we needed. We will be returning to this location yearly. Thanks again

We absolutely loved our stay!! The place was so comfortable and clean and quiet!! The view of the lake was incredible!! We were visiting friends in the area and took little day excursions that we thoroughly enjoyed! We will be back in the fall and are hoping to stay here when we do!!

Highly recommended. Even nicer than the photos. Very comfortable and spacious apartment—with lots of nice personal touches, including linen bedding, bath robes, numerous books and candles. Loved the short walk to the Clinton Village. I will really miss Utica coffee:). We were in town to attend our son’s graduation from Colgate University and the drive to/from was easy. Although close to Utica, the town and apartment has a very nice rural vibe. Our hosts were proactive and responsive! Thanks so much for giving us the icing on the cake to the adventure.

Very clean and comfortable. 5 minutes from SUNY Cobleskill. Already recommended it to fellow parents of students there

This was my first time in a airbnb and it was great, I took this trip to see my friends and celebrate another friends birthday, this place was very close by both my friends and other places 10/10 would come back again

The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

The place was exactly what I was expecting. it was clean and close to the park. it was our home away from home. I absolutely loved the property!

Karen's place is so quaint and a lovely place to stay while in the area! It's just like being at home! Will stay there again!

It was a perfect place for 2. The home was beautiful inside and out. The property was well maintained and attractive. The setting was stunning. Having kayaks available was a bonus. Inside, nothing was missed. Communication was clear and simple; they offered good suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Would definitely return!

This place is wonderful!!! It is absolutely spotless and the host is very accommodating in terms of timing to check in and out. I am definitely adding this to my list to return to if I’m ever in Utica. You can hear the voices from the pizza shop downstairs, I’m a light sleeper but I brought ear plugs to block out noises of traffic etc. Not a deal beaker for me because the apartment is so gorgeous. This apartment felt like home. We loved the decor. Everything was tasteful and thought out. Beautiful taste in quality!! I cannot say enough nice things!

David and Merry were some of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect, even choosing not to rent out the other part of the house during our visit to give us more privacy. They welcomed us warmly, shared great local tips, helped us book a restaurant and even sent us a bottle of wine there. The house was beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We felt truly cared for and would absolutely love to come back!

I was extremely happy with our stay. We were in town for All Star Village, and it was only my daughter and I. The apartment was very clean, and everything was perfect for the two of us. Very happy with our experience!

Stayed here for my 25th reunion at Colgate and booking here was my best decision. Extremely comfortable, perfectly decorated, and a nice quiet area. Also close enough to campus that Colgate vans could pick us up and drop us off. Most important for me was having a full kitchen to prepare my meals. But there was so much to love like the adorable outdoor seating area. The host was also phenomenal, responsive and helpful but gave us our space too. Id definitely choose this place for my next visit. Feel so lucky we found it.

The space was perfect for our romantic getaway. Very clean and lovely. A small space but just right for 2 people. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was great! Our son was playing at Cooperstown Dream Park and it was an easy drive to and from. The space itself exceeded our expectations by far. The apartment was so gorgeous, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Beds were quite comfortable, laundry accommodations were nice and very appreciated. The scenery was serene and beautiful. Downtown Oneonta was nice to walk around and check out local spots. George was a great host who you can tell takes pride in his place and service. 10/10 recommend!

Had a great stay at the loft and even extended my reservation. Incredibly responsive hosts, amazing communication, and all of the comforts and amenities I could have needed. I would highly recommend and gladly stay again!

This is the third time I have stayed at Jen and Caroline's place. It is a great location in both the summer and winter. There is lots to explore in the summer with farmers markets, cute towns, and breweries. In the winter you are within 40 min. of four great ski areas. I highly recommend this listing.

To come back to our home town and stay in such a beautiful place was amazing! It was everything we expected and so much more! We will be making frequent visits home from California and hope to be able to stay there again. I would definitely recommend staying here. Rene was an amazing host!

Place and the surrounding area was great. The only disappointment was the Bagg’s Biergarten was closed.
