Grasshopper has a comfortable double bed and small double sofa bed, bedding included. Compost waterless toilet, kitchenette with sink (cold water only), 3 ring hob, fridge, basic kitchen equipment, fully heated. There are 4 USB charging points for your mobile devices. Hot showers at the top of the field.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

River Forge - Idyllic Riverside Cottage

River Forge is self contained detached accommodation directly on the River Avon overlooking fields, the Cathedral beyond and only a short walk to the city centre. Originally the Blacksmith's forge for the adjacent Rose and Crown inn, it has been superbly converted to provide single storey living space with open plan bedroom, lounge, dining and kitchen area with ensuite shower and toilet facilities. Bifold doors open out onto a riverside verandah and patio area with outdoor dining facilities.
