Three outdoor areas- a front screened porch, a private master screened porch overlooking the backyard and an attached and open backyard deck with propane grill for cooking outside and outdoor seating with umbrella shade for four- offer private areas if desired or another gathering spot for guests. It is a short drive to the nearest beach with public access and parking and the many expansive golf courses along the Grand Strand of South Carolina Golf cart transportation is fun within the neighborhood and the Marsh Walk. 12 Oaks is a stylish rental just a 10 min. drive to Holden Beach and a short walk to the intracoastal waterway.
