Fantastic apartment and host! Everything was exactly as advertised and clean. I appreciated all of the detailed communication prior to check-in to ensure that went smoothly. Any questions or issues were addressed fast. If I'm in the area again, I know exactly where I'll be staying.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hummingbird Cottage! Arrived to a complementary tray of goodies, including a bottle of wine which was sweet. Clean kept airbnb, quiet and safe neighborhood, and hosts were very quick at responding. Would stay again!:)

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

Will was a very responsive host and had great recommendations for the area. Just be aware that since this is an attached space to the next-door neighbors, the sound from upstairs is a bit prominent like footsteps/loud sound. Couple of knick knacks like the shower door and fridge door were to be fixed, but that was acknowledged to be repaired. Otherwise, I would love to stay here again.

The stay was pleasant. As advertised it is minutes away from Disney. Easy to find and lot of restaurants nearby. The hosts were proactive and had open lines of communication.

Beautiful Apartment with amazing views. Check in check out process is cumbersome as you have to make two trips to the apartment each time. There is a lot of traffic noise as it is right next to a very busy road.

Overall, our family had an amazing stay and would stay here again! This home is absolutely beautiful and the views / amenities were spectacular! Ethan & Ellie were very quick at communicating with us and we could tell they really wanted us to have a great stay. Even the mechanic/maintenance guy that came was super friendly, knowledgeable and nice. We could tell the whole team wanted us to have a 5 star stay and we did! Thank you all!

Great place to stay! Close to Disney, which is why we stayed and there was plenty of room to park in the driveway. The neighbors were pretty loud, but that's not his fault. The only trouble we had was with the door code, it just took a few times entering it for it to finally unlock, but overall very simple. The biggest highlight for me was the linens. I've stayed in a lot of airbnbs where the bedding didn't feel 100% clean, but this was very fresh and clean and the overall place was super clean. If you're planning to sleep on the pullout couch, I might suggest bringing an air mattress cause its a bit stiff, but not a huge issue. He was very communicative and the outdoor space would have been great to grill in if we were staying longer. Would stay again!

Great place and location for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was access to streaming services for relaxation. Basic kitchen utensils and pans available. We cooked quite a bit. The kitchen could use dish towels, new sponges for each new reservation, and a few more bowls/plates. Hand towels would be nice for the bathroom but we were able to use the washcloths for most of our needs. My only complaint was of the cleanliness. We found a used hairbrush, toiletries, several pacifiers, and snack wrappers in the bedrooms. The outdoor furniture was very dirty so we were unable to use it. There is a smaller table available, which we enjoyed, but it only had two chairs. The pillows did not have any protectors and the duvet inserts and mattress covers were quite stained. Aside from this, the house was exactly what we needed for our stay. Communication with the hosts was friendly and easy. Easy access to freeways, amenities, and food.

Jaiver was very kind and friendly and made sure our entire stay was comfortable for us! The house was decorated nicely and clean. He replies back very quickly if you have any questions. We felt just right at home and would definitely come back. :)

We had a wonderful time during our 5 day stay!! We were in Anaheim for a wedding, and this house provided us with a comfortable space to call home. We brought our medium sized dog with us. The front yard area was fully enclosed and it had enough space for her to stretch, play and go to the restroom. All in all I would recommend this house for a family of 5. The house had great amenities essentially the scotch tape that came in clutch to fix my sister’s wedding bouquet.

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was super cute and cozy perfect for a relaxing getaway. From the moment I arrived, the hosts were absolutely amazing. They were warm, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right throughout my stay. The home itself was thoughtfully decorated and had a great vibe. One of the highlights was definitely the game room it had everything you’d want to unwind and have some fun. But my favorite part was the movie room! It was so cozy and comfortable, it felt like having my own little theater. I spent hours just relaxing there with a blanket and some snacks. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, charming, and full of little touches that made it feel special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and cozy experience!

The house is great. Super good location close to Disneyland and two beaches. The home has great amenities and held our large family without feeling like we were on top of each other. The host is super responsive and check in. Instructions were very clear! Love having the pool and outdoor games and barbecue for relaxing day in between days at Disneyland!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!
