Wonderful place to stay in the back of Nice! Perfect as a starting point for bike rides :) The apartment is perfect for 4-5 people and is very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need and everything was very clean Catherine was an extremely kind and helpful host! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We had a lovely week staying here, the surroundings are beautiful and it was amazing to have access to the pool. Catherine was very friendly and accommodating, providing tips and even food when we arrived late. We will definitely come back!

We were perfectly welcomed by the host. Simple but efficient apartment, impeccably clean. Small balcony for breakfast, perfect. Very comfortable bedding. Very quiet place to enjoy a total rest. Location to park the car. everything was done for a pleasant stay. if I had to mention a small downside: there is no microwave in the apartment. thank you again, I'll keep the address for a future visit.

Accommodation as described, functional, sober and tastefully decorated - welcome gift appreciated Nice terrace with unobstructed views Contes allows easy access to the valleys (Vesubie, Roya) and coastal towns by the nearby access to the A8 highway i would recommend this listing without hesitation.
