Great stay for families or couples, great location close to some really nice areas such as Richmond. DVDs and board games a really nice touch to keep everyone entertained.

We have just returned home after spending 2 nights at the annex over the Twixmas period. What a fabulous property this is. It was so warm and cosy. We truly appreciated the addition of the Xmas decorations, along with the wonderful welcome hamper provided. We met Sheila on our final day and so pleased to meet in person. Lovely lady and truly a super host. We would highly recommend this property for all your holiday needs. A true home from home in a great location, close to all the amenities in Bedale. Wow! What an amazing place! A perfect size for 2 people. Very comfortable with top quality furnishings and equipment. Smart TV and good WiFi. The welcome basket was very welcome. Very peaceful. Thank you!

Lovely place. We really made the most of the nice weather in the garden summer house. Plenty to do in the local area, and a very peaceful base to get a good nights rest. Penny was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!
