Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. Place was nicer in person than in pictures. Beautiful property. Kayaks and fishing was a lot of fun. Wildlife was plentiful. All equipment was there and in good condition for outside, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. We only had four adults and a toddler but you easily could have fit two full families. Even though it rained all weekend we still enjoyed ourselves more than expected. We will certainly be returning.

This place was perfect, just what I needed for space and amenities. It was exactly as pictured and described. The location was better than I had anticipated. I chose it because it was close by to an event I was attending. I was pleasantly surprised to see arrive to such a cute little town rich within history. I took advantage of the hosts recommendations of local places to visit. Most are within walking distance. I especially fell in love with the Colloca winery! The cabin I rented was dog friendly. This is also a great spot for dogs. There is a large grassy yard out back. I do plan to visit this area again and would definitely stay here again.
