Vacation rentals with a patio in Conneaut

This house was a perfect space for our stay. It was clean, had a very convenient amount of beds and space, and had all the amenities we could need in the bathroom and kitchen. Check in was extremely easy and the area was nice and quiet. I definitely recommend staying here!

I was in town for a family get together for my moms 98th birthday.their place was just as described.very peaceful and quiet.well equipped with everything needed.with the events i had going on i didnt spend alot of time there.but come evening it was so relaxing hanging out there.i will stay there again when im in town for more family get togethers. much more peaceful than a hotel.thanks tom and patty!

We stayed here after our Wedding that was about 10 minutes away. The place was beautiful and very clean. The host was super kind, responsive, and very accommodating. We even had the most delicious homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived! When we woke up we got to enjoy the beautiful patio, it was a very peaceful and relaxing stay!! Thanks for having us!!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very convenient to Allegheny College as well as many of the restaurants in downtown Meadville. The apartment was clean and well stocked. It was also very quiet. We slept well. We would definitely return here.

Excellent stay for a medical rotation study space. Dan was very responsive! I had everything I needed so I didn’t need to contact him. I was there during the rainy season and the balcony was a nice addition to enjoy coffee while listening to the storms. The neighbors were quiet with exception to about once a week when they would practice piano and singing. It was just loud enough for me to hear in the background of cooking and studying. Not obtrusive but almost like my own private concert. I found it to be a nice surprise because they are quite talented. They were never heard after 8pm. Easy <10 minute drive to LECOM and Gannon. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Walmart grocery, Factor meals, and DoorDash delivered easily. The back steps are steep as mentioned in the description (which I did not appreciate until after leg day at the gym lol), but this is typical for historic homes. Overall, I highly recommend this very clean, very spacious, and conveniently located property.

Cheryl’s home was absolutely gorgeous! The kayaks and the small walk to the lake with them was amazing and we really enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood and privacy. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. We came in for a softball tournament so we didn’t have as much time as I wish we did to enjoy everything so we will for sure be back in the summer!

I traveled to Erie for work, which is stressful. This home is a (private) smart home in picturesque and quiet neighborhood. I was able to decompress after work every day. It rained a lot so I was unable to enjoy the patio. Instead, I opened the drapes and welcomed the streaming lights of the backyard from the kitchen and bedroom. I will definitely try to book again to sit on the patio and sip tea in the evenings and take walks by the neighboring lake.

It’s was great and very cute! Loved the double vanity’s in the bathrooms - it was super helpful when getting ready. He was very responsive when we tripped a breaker and walked me through fixing it quickly. Great location and beautiful porch!

We had an amazing stay! The home was incredibly well-supplied with everything we needed and more – from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets. The hosts clearly put thought into every detail, making it easy to settle in and relax. The location was perfect: set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood surrounded by nature, which made it feel like a real getaway. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings, enjoying the peace. The proximity to local sights and Lake Erie was also a huge plus. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a comfortable, serene environment!

The house was very nice. The owners are very thoughtful and provided many things others don’t. For example, the kitchen includes numerous items not found in any other house we have stayed in. They provided separate towels for the hot tub. It felt like they went the extra mile to make us feel like we were at home.

Thank you for a great stay! This is a lovely older home that has been wonderfully upgraded and maintained. Very clean and well set up. Check in and communication was top notch in a nice neighborhood. I will mention to others looking here that the bedrooms and one bathroom is upstairs. The second bath is in the nice basement area. We had an older guest with us that we did not think about the stairs with and I did not notice at first. She was able to use them but it was difficult for her. I mention that only if stairs are a problem for you. We had no issues and would definitely stay again. Five stars for sure.

The house is a great place to stay. Walking distance to Ashtabula Harbor and it has an expansive view of the lake from the back yard. It was clean and comfortable for us and she provided a bed for our pup.

This place looked better in person! Samantha was super helpful and was responsive to any needs we had. The backyard was huge and just wish we had more time to stay. The bikes (6) in the shed were nice, we got to ride to Walnut beach a few blocks away. Oh, don't let the painting on the wall fool you, it's the TV! Haha took us a minute. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. She loves Lake Erie so I was looking for a place close to the lake. You can’t get much closer to the Lake than this place. We really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning! The condo was very spacious with a great lake views. Debbie was very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

perfect little quiet home! had everything you needed and more! great location close to everything even hiking trails! loved that they had a book with everything to do in lake erie that showed all the restaurants, parks, fishing spots, and shops, with a map of the island!

Great place to stay. Quiet with the comforts of home. Close to great restaurants, grocery store, gym and ice cream shops. Perfect spot to run through Scott Park, Frontier, and Presque Isle

Very clean and tidy room, quiet surroundings, and a very comfortable stay overall. Kyle was easy to talk to and very friendly. Bronny was incredibly cute, and I wish I had more time to play with him. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Outstanding property with excellent view of the Lake. Everything clean and easy to find inside. Scott gave very clear instructions for entry and was very gracious with offers of assistance. Would most definitely stay again in the future.
