We had a great time in a quiet and very comfortable house. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, the rooms are very nice, the pool is safe for children. The many activities around the house complete this idyllic picture! We strongly recommend

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

Really nothing to say, very welcoming host, kind and who does not hesitate to share information to make the most of the city of Annecy, activities, restaurants...etc. The apartment was very clean, very quiet and we had everything we needed. Thank you and see you soon.

We stayed at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The equipment is very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large umbrella. Everything is just right and we will be happy to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

This is not the first time we have been there and it is still great, both the accommodation and the recommendations for activities. A beautiful house with top-notch comfort and impeccable cleanliness Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very responsive and pleasant people. I can't wait to get back there.

There are not enough words to describe how lovely this Airbnb is, and what wonderful hosts Frédérica and Gilbert are. The location is superb, close to everything (but away from crowds) in a little village - exactly as described and as in the pictures. Next to the lake and forests, the views are wonderful and the air is fresh and clean. The house itself is marvellous, it is a 200yr old grange renovated with much love and care, which despite every modern convenience has kept its soul and beauty. It is impeccable, and there is nothing that you could want/need that is not provided. After nearly 5 weeks of lovely Airbnbs and kind hosts, this is the one that has stolen my heart and which I will return to without any hesitation next time I travel to France ❤️ I was unwell when it was time to leave, and they were so kind and extended our stay until I was well enough to travel. My friend and I loved both Feédérica and Gilbert, they are truly wonderful people. You will not regret staying here!

We had a great weekend at Thierry's place in Annecy. The accommodation is very well located, 2 steps from the train station and the old town. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, perfect for the weekend. Thierry was very responsive, welcoming and accommodating. In short, it was perfect! Only point of attention: the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator access and the stairs are quite steep.

Perfect stay with an amazing view! The apartment was very quiet, and the view, absolutely breathtaking. Nathalie's welcome was warm, and I really enjoyed the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful layout of the apartment. I was delighted with my stay and would highly recommend it!

We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

We stayed for one night with the family and our 3-month-old baby. Everything went well, the accommodation is clean and well located. Note that there is no elevator to access the accommodation if you have a stroller. Our baby suffered from the lack of air conditioning (extreme heat that we didn't expect) but fortunately there was a small fan for naps and at night!

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

We had a great time at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity to restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very pleasant host, eager to make your stay successful. We will be back!

Old house, clean and pleasant to stay in because it is very well equipped (crockery, groceries, games/books, freezer, barbecue...). We also really appreciated that towels were provided and that the beds were made when we arrived! The garden with direct access to the lake via the pontoon is a major asset that contributes to the charm of the place. Marion is a considerate, accommodating host, with whom communication was very easy. The welcome and management of check-in and checkout with Céline went smoothly and easily. A big thank you to both of you! In summary, this is a nice place to rest, recharge and have a great time with family or a group of friends!

A great place with at fantastic view! A perfect location for a holiday, all in our family loved the place. The house was clean, comfortable, private and with a nice pool. Vincent was very helpful, and we will highly recomment his place.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

Exceptional host in an exceptional place, Gérard's home is spacious, well-appointed and carefully decorated. The environment is exceptional, this part of the lake is truly beautiful. No complaints, you have to do it again and I recommend it!

Imagine the perfect vacation home by a lake: A place that immediately provides a feeling of well-being – lovingly furnished, a touch of Mediterranean lightness and warm details that speak of hospitality. The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, ranging from small moments of luxury to everything a family needs. Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water – boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere – we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.
