Enjoy the 6 person hot tub, firepit & BBQ grill. 2 bedrooms. Master a queen & private bath. 2nd room a bunk bed that holds 2 Full sized beds. Ohiopyle's natural treasures, Nemacolin Woodlands and Casino, Mount Davis, and Highpoint lake all await you in less then 20 minutes drive. Yough Lake with beach/picnic areas are about 1 mile.

Our farmhouse is on a quiet, beautiful corner of the Earth and we love being able to share it. It is private and bucolic, but a very short drive to amenities, adventure, and lots of gorgeous outdoor enjoyment.

25 minutes from Seven Springs Ski Resort, 10 mins. from Ohiopyle, 100 yards from the river and less than a mile to Lake Yeogh. The Conduit at Confluence is your place to stay to get back in touch with nature. The Allegheny passage bike/hike trail is right in town, with Ohiopyle a short and flat hour bike ride away. The home has all of the modern conveniences, including deck for relaxing and grilling, and a fenced backyard for the pups.

Pap's Place

Pap’s Place is a single-wide mobile home that has been recently renovated. This property is named after the former owner, Warren Sterner, affectionately called “Pap” by his grandchildren. Warren was a railroad enthusiast. He could never work on the railroad due to the loss of an eye at a young age. This home has been decorated with prints of railroad and local scenes that Warren painted during his life.
