The pool and pétanque court are shared with two other properties on the estate: • Le Nid des Mésanges (4 guests) • La Bulle des Mésanges (2 guests) On the ground floor: equipped kitchen and bright living room with sofa bed and TV. Upstairs: 2 comfortable bedrooms.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

Completely private, this accommodation for 4 people has several rooms, a dining room/kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms (1 bed 190 x 140 and 1 bed 200 x 160, bed sheets provided), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a private terrace of 30 m² as well as an Internet connection.

The Nordic bath is not available in summer due to the risk of fire.
