Newly Renovated The House has a large open plan lounge and kitchen , with a large Log burner for your use. 2 double bedrooms and a mezzanine which can sleep 2 ( has low ceiling ) . A large shower room and a utility with washing machine for your use. Outside to the rear is a garden with a small pool (3m x2m) a lovely seating area and BBQ . To the front is a lovely Terrace with a seating area .

You will find all amenities there. There is a 4th bedroom if necessary (bed 160), this room is adjoining the house. The entry is independent. Our stone and earth house is built on a hillside. It is covered by a green roof and its exposure to the sun is optimal. Due to its troglodyte design, the indoor temperature remains pleasant, summer and winter. If needed, a wood-burning stove will warm you up. Along the way, you will sympathize with donkeys, ponies and sheep, as you make your way to the sauna/cold bath to relax. You also have access to our large natural pool on the estate.

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance.
