Beachfront vacation rentals in Condado, Santurce

We had a wonderful week. A perfect location steps from a pristine beach. Maribel was a wonderful host! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Staying at Rey and Amanda’s place was the best decision we could have made for our trip. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive to our needs. Traveling with small children can be challenging, but they went above and beyond to make things easier for us—offering help when we needed it most and always checking in to ensure we were comfortable. They truly made us feel at home, and their kindness and flexibility made a big difference in our experience. The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family, but what really stood out was the warmth and care they brought as hosts. We’re so grateful for everything and would absolutely stay with them again!

Such an amazing apartment in the heart of everything to do in San Juan. The views from the living room is gorgeous. Location is unbeatable and the decor all over the space was truly stunning. The host was super helpful and communicative. We had such a great time. Do not hesitate to book this place!

This was the second time I stayed and I will certainly be back. The location is central and convenient. The views are breathtaking. The apartment feels like home. I was even able to wash my clothes before returning home which was very convenient. I was there to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday and it did not disappoint one bit.

Staying here was a dream! A great little pool and beach access right out the door - what else could you ask for! The apartment was equipped with all you need for your beach hang stay. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery. Short Ubers around San Juan. Super responsive host before and during stay. Will caution that there was some form of construction every week day during my stay - but I don’t blame the host in that; it’s just communal living. But will forward the caution that if you want to sleep past 8 during the week and it will ACTUALLY bother you - this might not be the place for you until that completes (personally, I just went and napped at the pool lol!)

Was like home away from home, very clean and nicely decorated. There were really nice beach chairs there and a beach umbrella.The beach there was very nice and clean and easy to get to. Felt very safe. Great place to stay for the price!

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

The unit is in a fantastic neighborhood, a block from the beach and near many stores. Check-in with the security guard was easy, though we had brief trouble with the lock. The apartment is very clean, thoughtfully furnished and well-stocked with essentials like soaps, extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchenware. It has two A/C units, a fan/air purifier, a comfy bed and couch, great natural light, blackout curtains, and a balcony with an amazing view. The toilet handle is delicate but works fine. We saw one small roach behind the kitchen faucet toward the end of our stay, which Xavier acknowledged—routine maintenance is in place. Parking, pool access, and trash disposal were convenient. Overall, a great stay!

Jose's place is amazing! His attention to detail is unmatched. We had everything we needed right there in the apartment! It's in a great centralized location making it easy to get around! I would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at this building before and although there is some building maintenance going on I have no complaints because it has never affected my stay. There are a lot of things to do, restaurants, and having access to the beach from the pool area is a plus. The views pretty much all day are awesome! This was my first time staying at Shubin's unit and it was pretty much as it presents on the site. The unit was clean and cozy and the view and openness of the balcony from the kitchen and living area was on point. He was quick to respond via the site chat to any questions you had. I would highly recommend this place and I wouldn't mind staying here again.

The apartment was clean, in a great location, a block from the beach. Security in lobby, felt safe. Right in the middle of Condado so plenty to do in the area and a short ride away from Old San Juan. Thank you!

Just as pictured! The location is close to most tourist attractions, and Ubers were extremely cheap. I’d definitely stay again.

The place was exactly as advertised and centrally located near restaurants, paddle boarding, kayaking and more. I enjoyed returning after a long day in the sun to a cool, chill and relaxing place. It was raining before I arrived and during the night of my last stay which caused some flooding on the street from run over water near the lagoon, but other than that, I had no issues with my stay. I look forward to returning during my next stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico!

This is our 2nd time staying in Eric’s condo and it was just as amazing as the first! The first time was our honeymoon 14 years ago and it was so awesome to get to stay here again! Eric is an amazing host! Excellent communication, easy to follow instructions for self check in, and is very accommodating! I made a mistake and confused the parking with our Airbnb on Vieques but Eric was fantastic about the whole thing! The condo is clean, gorgeously decorated and has every amenity you could need on vacation! Check all cabinets and closets before shopping! LOL He left us a bottle of champagne in the fridge which was a sweet and thoughtful touch! The location is perfect! You have San Juan & Old San Juan in walking/short taxi distance, plenty places to shop and all the amazing restaurants to eat at! He has local information in a binder! You have Condado Beach at your feet and just a short walk away is Playita Condado w/ a coral reef you can walk around! We hope to come back soon!

I am very happy I booked this unit. It was centrally located and very walkable to bars/restaurants. As a solo female traveler i felt safe and the host was amazing. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and very esthetic. I will be staying there again

Thanks Alberto for a great stay. Your apartment had the perfect layout for the two of us. Great kitchen and bathroom, both modern and updated styles. I especially liked sitting on the outdoor balcony connecting to the bedroom. The outdoor pool was large and plenty of chairs for lounging during the day. I have been coming to San Juan for the past forty years, and always love the Condado area. One important addition to my recent visits is not having to rent a car. The Uber services are plentiful and all the drivers were on time and professional. Thanks for sharing your home. I’ll be back next year when the winter arrives in the Northeast.

It was all in the details! After a long trip, we walked into a vibe! The place was so pretty, clean, smelled great, cool, & even light music playing upon entry 🥰. They had stock of so many things, even a hair flat iron which we happened to need. The balcony was my fave. Located in the heart of action. Anytime I texted, I received a rapid response and directions were so clear, which I love. I’d love to come back.
