The apartment "Zeitreise" is located on the edge of the old town and is quick to reach, (3 minutes from the highway) and two streets further (in approx. 5 minutes) you are already on the historic market square. You can park directly on the street for free and live comfortably in a 50 m² apartment with balcony. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018, with attention paid to pollutant-free ecological design. I will be happy to answer any further questions you may have in advance.

In the immediate vicinity there is a free lockable parking space as well as all public transport. The beautiful Harz Mountains are looking forward to seeing you!

Gänsetrappe - Vacation in a monument

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. Spacious semi-detached house with the owner's house right next door. A total of about 80-90 m² of living space. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a crib/cot. It can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child. Shared use of the courtyard & garden is always possible. Wi-Fi and two LCD TVs are provided. Excursions to the Harz are very close. The house is situated in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. It can also be used for fitters/business stays.

This beautiful apartment with its loft-like character allows an almost 360-degree view over the rooftops of the Schlossberg. In the center of the living area there is a beautiful fireplace with a side reading corner and a cozy sofa overlooking the flickering fireplace. In the entrance area, next to the daylight bathroom with shower, there is a small kitchenette with dining area for morning breakfast including a view over the old town of Quedlinburg.

On approx. 65 m², a comfortably furnished apartment with a combined kitchen/living room including a cozy living/sleeping and dining area as well as a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed & a large bathroom with shower awaits you. The apartment can accommodate a total of 4 people. A children's travel crib can be provided free of charge upon request.

Where fox and elk, deer, badgers and raccoons meet. Where our feathered friends give you a concert - is that what draws you to the Harz Mountains? "Waldbungalow Fuchs und Elster" (Fox and Elster Forest Bungalow) was exactly what drew me out of the big city back to the province and still exerts a magical attraction on me. On short notice, I reconstructed this once dilapidated bungalow into a gem for nature lovers.

Relax in a cozy bedroom or on the cozy sleeping floor. The open kitchen and living room with pullout couch offer space to feel good. The fireplace ensures warm, cozy evenings – perfect for a relaxing break in the heart of the Elm-Lappwald.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when staying in this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.
